Nonsmoking room was full of smoke smell, apart from that rooms were OK. Not big rooms but cant expect much at that price. Breakfast had very limited options.

When I arrived I had to wait 5 mins until the assistant finished her personal phone call... She was very short with me and seemed as if I was bothering her... The ice machine was broken and I had to walk into the lobby and ask for fresh ice...The noise level at 2 am was very loud from the outside tavern and when I called front desk to ask them to help […] with the noise issue I was told that there wasn't much to be done...... Would not stay here again. Room smelled of mildew. Laminate on desk top coming off. Same on bathroom door, large splinter sticking out. Carpeting was old & needed to be replaced.

Bathroom was ridiculously small. Tub was slanted and did not drain. Ice machine was broken. We were told to get ice at the Holiday Inn next door! Dated decor. Dirty walls in bathroom. Just not worth the money.

This hotel is very old and in poor condition. The floor sloped toward the door significantly. There was no room to move in the bathroom and the sink is in the bedroom. The breakfast offering was also poor.

Room was not clean. We left a request for a wake up call and never received the call. Office staff passed the blame about the wake up call and did not know how to take charge off credit card so we could pay cash. Very good restaurant next door. Premisis of hotel was awful. Did not feel safe. Pop and ice machines broken.

The room smelled terrible. It gave both my wife and myself a sore throat from the smell of it. I have never seen a room that small. Which wouldn't be too bad if the price was low enough. But the price was not that low. I will never stay at a Super 8 hotel again. It also makes me question weather I should use this booking agent again either.

close to the inerstate. easy to find. the breakfast they say they offer was cold cereal,bananas and juice. no decaf coffee. didnt really want to make a bowl of cereal and walk across the parking lot with it.the harvest bar and restuarant was close. all in allwas abit far out of town for the wine fest but, the town doesnt offer many choices for hotels […] only super 8 and holiday inn express. lots of b & bS but pricey. I felt like I was in a creepy movie, waiting for something to happen to me. We reserved a non-smoking room, but our reservation was confirmed as a smoking room., We called Expedia to correct the reservation. The operator dialed the motel and took care of the correction while we were on the phone. However, when we arrived, the motel clerk said they had no notification of any change. They did make the change while we waited. We […] arrived into a stone cold room. It took us 20 minutes to figure out how to turn the heat on. It took another 30 minutes to warm up. The spare bed was disheveled. The extra blankets were rolled up in a ball and shoved into the overhead rack. The floor was not swept in the corners. When we brought it to the attention of management, the manager said, "We've been busy." The next day we told the clerk that we wanted the room swept.
