The bathroom could have been in better condition, and I could hear the other tenants yelling OVER the T.V. This is NOT the hotel to try and do any kind of work in, though the wireless connection was fast and stable. The Hotel was only a few blocks from the Avis car rental, which was the selling point for my stay. BUT it was also very close to the interstate, so traffic could be heard.

Wasn't the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in but for the price it was definitly worth it. Also the location was perfect because it was about 5 minutes away from everything. Staff was also very friendly and helpful when I had questions.

Stayed here one night. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Close to lots of places to eat. Only complaint: The TV in my room had poor reception. I notified the staff upon my departure, and they said they'd get on it.

This hotel was okay for a quick stop off close to the Interstate. It was near restaurants and shopping. The price was right for a place to sleep by the sife of the road, but it wasn't the kind of place where one would pause to luxuriate in splendor.

Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 6, 2008
When I arrived, I heard the hotel quoting a much lower price than I had paid on hotel.com. But in order for me to take advantage of that, the man at the counter needed to print out an estimate or agree to speak to hotels.com on the phone. He flatly and rudely refused. The rooms were filthy, peeling wallpaper and dirty rugs. The heat was either on full blast, making the room way too hot, or not at all, which made it freezing Two mornings in a row the front desk failed to call me for my wakeup call. I brought this to their attention and they were totally and completely unconcerned.

Hotel is OK for our purpose: A on enight stay on our way somewhere else. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned since the last person that stayed in the left, but room rest of the room was clean. Not recommended for longer stays or enjoyment

I do have to say that the price was not bad at all. My issue was with safety. I notice some activities in the vincinity of the hotel that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I brought it to the attention of the cleck and asked if I could be moved to a room closer to the reception area, he refused and was not very pleasent to say. I was very unsatisfied with the service and did not have a good nights sleep. It was not good at all for me due to the fact that I had to take a State Exam the next morning at 9am.I do travel often but I will not reserve a room at any Super 8 motels.

Inexpensive, but it worked. This is (accurately) rated as a 2-star. That's what I expected and got. Magnavox TV remote control for an RCA TV didn't work. I took it to the desk and the person there just looked at it, pressed the "enter" key a few times and handed it back, looking totally confused, explaining he did not have any other remote controls. However, the TV worked and the picture was clear. There were plenty of towels and soap bars and an ironing board. The lights, curtains and locks all worked. The shower curtain was moldy but fairly new - the kind that curves away from the tub, so it doesn't stick to you. And, they offered a free (American) version of a "continental" breakfast, complete w/Thomas' English muffins and individually sealed (for freshness) donuts. That's a lot more than most 2-star, even if the tables hadn't been cleared at 9 AM. I'd go back again, if I just needed an inexpensive place to sleep.
