We picked this motel because we need an overnight sleep to catch up the early flight in the morning, I will say next time, I am not gonna stay here but rather paying extra to get a more decent place to stay. The bedding in the room was okay, but the overall facility of this motel was quite out dated and needs renovation. The shuttle bus was not as frequent […] as other hotels ( I guess you get what you paid for, so maybe we shouldn't complian for this), the shuttle driver (a lady) was not helpful at all, she played loud music and making phone calls while driving, didn't offer any help at all or not even greeted us, but, she was expecting a tip after we arrived at the motel. We also had to wait for more than 15 mins at the frontdesk for check-in, not because we have had a long line to wait, but because of the staff was not very efficient and only one person was on duty. The morning shuttle was fine, arrived early and the male driver was very helpful this time, finally. Overall, I will say if you have the budget, please pay a little more to find another place to stay around LAX. Read more

My boyfriend was in LA for a visit with his daughter and had to fly out of California to Billings. LAX is a pain to drive through and the location of this hotel is perfect he said it was so close to the airport he could walk. The day he was leaving he got on the tram and sure enough he left his phone in his seat. So I called the hotel and asked the receptionist if they found a phone and sure enough they did. So she informed the driver what my boyfriend was wearing and what gate he was at and withing 5 to 10 minutes he was there with his phone. Shuttle pick up from the airport was dreadfully slow. I waited for about 45minutes, but ran into someone who had been waiting 2 hours for the shuttle. Other than the slow airport pickup the motel is a great cheap place to stay before your next day flight. The room was clean and comfortable. We waited more than 1 hour (during which 3 shuttles missed us) for pick up at LAX. Obviously this is an ongoing problem because the desk clerk (who claimed she was the manager) stated that it "wasn't her fault" but she could offer us a $15 payment for our trouble.

The hotel was very clean, with a comfortable bed. It even had a jacuzzi in the main room. It was very close to the airport so I could easily get back in the morning. The staff was wonderful and had my registration card ready when I walked in the door so I could go directly to my room... I only had to sign it. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can be very loud while flights are running and being close to the office meant I had to hear people standing outside of my door talking. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The hair dryer didn't work. Someone had taked a battery out of the remote for the TV, but they replaced it and it worked fine. The shuttle service is great and right on time. We were disappointed that the Greek resturant was closed on Sunday.

The hotel is close to the airport and a free shuttle is available...sort of. We waited nearly an hour for a shuttle from the airport and calls to the hotel were not helpful. The staff seemed annoyed at me that the shuttle driver could not find us. Upon arrival, the staff didn't care one bit that the shuttle didn't have the hotel name on it (as promised) […] and the driver passed us by multiple times. This motel is right around the corner from LAX. Even though you can see and hear planes coming and going outside the rooms, it is surprisingly quiet inside the room. Bed was extremely comfortable and surrounding guests were quiet as well. Front clerk desk was very courteous during my week-long stay and the room cleaning/maid service was top notch.

It served my purposes perfectly. I had an early flight out so I booked an inexpensive room there. Bed was fine, got up, showered and parked across the street in parking lot C, long term parking and was gone. If jets flying overhead bother you, bring a white noise maker (I did), or don't get a room at the end of a runway.

You can't beat the price for a safe clean room right by the airport. Not fancy, not necessarily well maintained, but it serves the purpose. No creatures or errant hairs spotted, sheets and bathroom were clean. Precisely what I was looking for: a place to gorge myself with persian food and sleep 5 hours before my flight. Its a win.

This chain is always not bad. This iteration was beneath contempt. Threadbare towels and NO PLACE TO HANG ANYTHING. Not a closet. Not a hook. Not a hanger. The only good thing I can say is this hotel was convenient to the airport...that's it.

This is an old,poor condition hotel. Noisy AC, poor sleeping quality. Very limited parking space. Disappointed breakfast, basically did not eat anything. Can stand for 1 night, but not more. Will not stay here, especially when you expecting a great vacation for sunny CA.

I ended up staying there for the entire week but only because everything in the area was so much more expensive. The reviews, in my opinion, did not describe the condition of the rooms accurately, but the worst part was the noise. The only thing really positive about the room were the pillows, very comfortable. But if you stay there, make sure that you don't stay in room 228! It's very old and has not been maintained. I moved out of there the second night and found the room on the first floor to be a huge improvement but still not to my satisfaction.
