Nie place to catch a break after long road trip. Staff was friendly and accomidating.
"Pet friendly"
We were just going thru and our final destination was hours away. So we just needed a place to sleeP and have our dogs with us. It was petect! We loved being on back side near wooded area and the pricecwas right
Pleasantly surprised
One of the outlets didn't work. When we entered the room the air conditioner was on full blast. It took a while for the room to warm up.

Clean, convient hotel. Staff nice and considerate. Rooms opening up on the pool area seem to be nicer. Overall--good stay especially for the price!!

I was disappointed that we did not have a microwave and refrigerator as we were told that we would have when we made our reservations. This was important to us as we were planning our trip and expecting these appliances. Also, all three days that we were there, we had to go and have our electronic key remade as it only worked one day at a time. This […] was inconvient but the staff fixed the problem right away. "Acceptable"
The hotel was adequate. The bed did not have bed bugs and the room was pretty clean. The bathtub needed to be re-caulked but other than that everything was fine. The only problem we had was with the internet. It did not work so we were told it would be fixed by the morning for us to use. It was not and when I went to the office they told me it was up […] and running and that I didn't know how to work it. They for some reason couldn't show me how to work it but since my husband is a network technician, I am sure he knows how to log onto a network and they just didn't want to accept the problem. They did finally agree to give me a discount on the room so I was happy with the overall outcome. I would probably stay here again if we needed to. Read more

"The Super 8 in Williamsburg, KY"
close to all the must-see sights, there are 8 different places to eat, 2 restaurants, wal-mart, 4 gas stations, good will store, water parks for the kids, and a rec center for the family. this neighborhood has it all.

we fopund the hotel to be easy to find. also the hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice.
