"Hotel gets the job done"

This is definately a budget motel. The employees were pleasant and the room was clean. The rooms are not very soundproof which did impact the quality of my sleep. This motel was low cost and safe for the one night I needed a room.

They woke me up after I was asleep to tell me that because I requested a downstairs room I still had to pay for the other room as well. I refused and they didn't charge me but I was upset they would even ask.

"poor customer service"

I requested a room in the front of the hotel, due to the fact I was traveling alone. I also requested a bottom floor, because I have a problem with stairs due to an injury. The clerk was extremely rude, I was given a room in the back, on the top floor. There was mold in the shower. The people had a party next door until 5:00 am.

"VERY Clean Room"

The room smelled clean! Very well kept and lots of little conveniences. The room had a refrigerator, coffee, hairdryer, and table. The hotel is located in the middle of everything, and you could easily walk to the Black Bear (best food) or Walmart. Ernie and I would stay at this location again, and would recommend it to family and friends.

""Terrible Customer Service""

The receptionist was not very personable, in fact she was very rude and insensitive, I asked for an early check in because I knew that I would be arriving a few hours before normal check in time, and it was apparent that the hotel had plenty of vacant rooms, ready for check in, including the one I booked for my stay. but instead of allowing for an early check in as requested, the receptionist not only said "NO" which I would have understood, but she was RUDE and MEAN, when she said NO, and went on to ask, "How often I had been there?" and then went on to say that if she decided to allow for an early check, she wanted me to be clear and very clear that it would BE ONE TIME ONLY and that it would never happen again. ... All I could say was WOW! needless to say.. I will never book a room at that particular HOTEL again, NOT because of the Hotel room, but SPECIFICALLY because of the "Terrible Customer Service"
