Smelled clean, looked clean, was clean. Only complaint we had was out of the hotels hands; other guest who were very rude, drunk and not willing to quiet down when asked nicely.

Not bad, although it seems a little pricey for a budget hotel. The amenities were pretty good, although the decor was rather basic. The wireless Internet service worked well, and the hotel had a free breakfast. The shower head was rather low, though. I am only 5' 8", and I had to stoop to wash my hair. I could see the shower being very uncomfortable for a tall person. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Everything at the hotel was fine. The breakfast was a little sparse, but overall I'd stay there again if I just needed a cheaper hotel for one brief night (arrive late and leave early).

first night, stayed in smoking king room had small frig, and the shower head was for a tall person, the next night stayed in a non-smoking queen room, no frig, the shower head for somebody 5 ft tall or smaller, the staff already cleaning and vaccuming rooms at 8am on both sides of the room. No paper or pens in the room. and need to better pillow.. No breakfast either morning and that was to be included, I will not recommend or stay again.

My wife and I travel to Twin Falls quite a bit as it is the closest real city to Elko. We thought we would give this hotel a try to save a little money, never again. I am 5'7" Tall, and I had to bend over to rinse my hair in the shower. I could not imagine what a 6 foot tall person would have to do! The pillows have no neck support, they are virtually flat, and are the smallest pillows made. The matress was very noisy. When you sit on the bed it would make a spring noise, and if you roll or move while sleeping, it will wake your partner. The folks that work there are very nice, the rooms were very neat and tidy, and I guess the price was right in line with the comfort, cheap! I would rather spend the extra $30.00 and stay at a BW or Hampton, especially as I had to travel the next day as well.

The beds are uncomfortable! My bad hurt when I woke up the next morning. For $15 dollars more we could of stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Which they had better amenities such as indoor pool and hot tub. Holiday Inn Express had much more friendly staff.

Outside air tempiture was low however the room temmpiture on the third floor was very warm and required considerable amount of airconditioning to cool down.

Management was responsive and made this stay above average for this Super 8. Needed late checkout but they could only extend for 1/2 hour (11:00 to 11:30am)
