      It could not have been improved upon. With Broadway on the Beach just outside our door, we were able to walk to a full day's activities with ease.The kids were able to do thing thing, as well, attached by cell phones only!

    It was a very good location. Only a few minutes from the beach and boardwalk. However, cleanliness was an issue. Our bathtub water did not go down so that had to be fixed and I overheard several complaints about sheets not being clean and toilets. Good for price offered.

    I didn't not like this hotel I stayed in. I mean the location was good and it had a good bed and apparels but the room walls were ugly and taped together. I asked for a non smoking room but when I got the the whole entire hotel smelled like smoke. An hour before check out time the front desk clerk came knocking on the door asking are we going to check […] out.     Front desk was very courteous. Ask for adjoining rooms but got rooms across from each other. There was some mold on bathroom ceiling because there is no exhaust fan. For the price it was what was expected.

    This hotel is very well run and mantian for the age of the building. Its location is idea for us since most of our trip was centered right around that area. The only real draw backs is the large amount of construction on the nearby highway and the not maintained carwash across the street.     The hotel is NOT near the beach it's a good 15-20 minute drive. The rooms DO NOT look like the pictures on the website! Employees were nice. I would never stay in this particular hotel. Book at the oceanfronts on Ocean Blvd!

    I saw a few bad reviews after booking but it was too late for a refund. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The staff has definitely taken notice of the bad reviews and done what was necessary to correct it. Excellent value for the price.
