"Bed Bugs!"

My daughters and I stayed for two nights. All my girls developed a rash and it turned out to be bed bug bites. The front desk staff was ok, but they would prefer to talk to each other rather then wait on the customers. The breakfast was terrible. They dont re-fill when things run out. We got to breakfast at 8:00 and the only thing left was cereal. I would not recomend this place to anyone.

"Visiting on short notice"

A family member was getting surgery and had to get down there quick, it was nice cause it was located near restraunts and close to hospital so we didn't have to pay the tolls. I think they should put automatic air fresheners in the smoking rooms as when we booked we reserved non smoking and then got smoking. But other than that we had a good time.

"For the Money - Good"

Hotel is good for the money charged, but the cleanliness of the hotel left a bit to be desired. If your just sleeping here it is good, but not if you plan to stay for any length of time.

I've stayed at several Super 8's over the past few years, and usually I'm satisfied with the overall experience. But this one could use some better help, especially at the desk. They would leave the desk unattended, leaving the phone to ring off the hook, and spent more time on their cell phones than spent working. During breakfast, no one checked the room to make sure everything was okay, and I get the impression that they would only make one pot of coffee, since it was empty after 6:30 both days I stayed. Not common for a Super 8 at all.

The Pros:The motel had the lowest price compare to the surrounding hotels. The location was just perfect. The rooms were very clean. The Cons: The breakfast was overated. The service of the front desk was poor. I had paid in full Hotel.com over the internet the rooms. A new untrain front desk person wanted to charge me twice for the same rooms. The problem was cleared the following day but had to go threw some unconfortable moments. Other than that I do recomended.

The room was fine, the heat and air needs a little work. Over all for just a night it was fine. Oh the breakfast area needs improvement.

While I recognize the hotel was an "economy" hotel, I don't feel it was a good value. The bed should have been replaced years ago and was quite uncomfortable. Between that and the noise that went on till 3:00 from other guest, I got very little sleep. I would have prefered to pay more and sleep more.

"Great room for the money"

My room did not get cleaned and I had to go to the front desk for clean towels and wash clothes. The staff was very nice , but for some reason house keeping forgot to clean my room and leave fresh linens.
