Was the worst hotel I ever been to. It was worst then the ones I went to just for an hour or so.

it served the purpose of giving us a place to stay so we didn't have to spend 4 hours on the road round trip just to come back to the same location the very next morning. It was a room and beds and a warm shower, and the breakfast was adequate. My only real issue is that the air conditioner didn't cool the room, and we like to sleep in the cold.

Although the Super 8 was close to the shopping I wanted, it was very run down our towels were gringy looking & had a hole in one, & the sheets were thread bare. It was as clean as I can imagine it would be but they really need to refurbish the walls, and linens.

If you are working out of town this hotel is fine. If you're bringing your family this is not the place for you. The bath tub didn't drain right, I was standing in 6 inches of water when I finished showering. The in room heat took about 20 minutes to begin blowing warm air. I found a crimp on connector on the floor which indicated that an electrical […] contractor had probably stayed in the room before my wife and I and also told me that they weren't thoroughly vacuuming the room. Also they claim to be pet friendly but they charged me extra for having the dog when there was no mention of an extra fee. I would never consider staying there again. Read more

The room was very large and the staff were excellent. Our plane arrived very late so we checked in at 2:30 a.m. and had to wake the manager. He was so kind and the staff (I think this is family owned) were always cordial and accomodating.

We stayed at this hotel during foliage season and we had a wonderful night's sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no road noise because the hotel was tucked in the back far from the noise of the surrounding area. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Really need to get rid of the smoke smell in non smoking room. I'm and x smoker but not nuts about it. Apparently in the carpet or something, Quite strong. Try an ozone (comercial) generator.

Hotels.com was to request a handicapped access room. Our room was on the second floor, no elevator. The desk clerk went out of her way to correct the error and we got a room on the first floor. The room was satisfactory in all ways, however it was 2 rooms away from the laundry/housekeeping room. Staff in this room smoked heavily, and the fresh smoke […] odor drifted into our room. This is without a doubt the worst hotel at which I have EVER stayed. The staff was rude from the beginning and completely uncooperative when asked for help solving a simple booking problem. The motel was hard to find as it is situated in the back of a parking lot behind a restaurant just off of a rotary. There are virtually NO amenities, unless you'd […] like to count the stale cornflakes served from a plastic tube, or the bad coffee served from a dirty pot, or the frozen mini bagels in the 'SuperStart Breakfast' room. In addition, the guide for the tv was inaccurate (many less channels than promised), the cell reception was non-existent, the steam from the shower repeatedly set off the fire alarm and the wake up call came late or early on both days of our stay. Not only will my business associates and I NEVER again stay at this hotel on our repeated travels through New England, we will never book a Super 8 motel. As a frequent and experienced traveler, I would admonish my fellow travelers to STAY WAY from this 'black hole' in Massachusetts. Read more

Lobby was small, dank and seedy looking. Room smelled moldy.It was either very dry hot air or cold air coming out of heater, no in between. Hotel staff was nice enough. We were handed a card key that had our room number taped to it. Breakfast area was a very small depressing room. We were afraid to even go in it.
