The single bedroom was fairly small but it was nice to have a recliner in it, additional seating helped. No charge for the pet is a huge huge plus. So often that is such a waste of money I think. "Friendly a staff"
It is a pleasant place to stay with the exception of the bed and lounge chair. The bed was very uncomfortable and did not allow me a good nights rest. The lounge chair was small and uncomfortable also. They were cheap attempts to upgrade a room. It did not work.The staff was awesome and accommodating. "Great hotel for the money"
Pleasant hotel, no complaints, but the beds and pillows could have been more comfortable, a little too firm. Hotel takes dogs, great benefit. "Even non-smoking rooms smell of smoke"

We have been on a road trip across the US and this was our worst hotel experience by far. The hotel was not clean and reeked of smoke although it was supposed to be a smoke free building. The furnishings and fittings were tired, as was the customer service. This also happened to be the most expensive hotel we have stayed in so far. It was our first […] experience of a Super8 Motel, and it was not good! By contrast, the following night we stayed at a Motel6, which was spotless, comfortable, with excellent customer service - it even had a pool, and it was less than half the price of the Super8 experience.
