"Decent but needs renewal"
This hotel shows its age. When you enter the lobby it is dingy and the clerk keeps his lab there. They were always polite. The hallway on the way up to my room needed the floor vacuumed. The room was pleasantly clean and adequate. The bathroom was not dirty but you can tell they don't hire professionals for repairs. The toilet was caulked underneath […] and moved to a place outside of its original outline. The tub and shower showed dark faded and cracked caulking rather than good repairs. "Very pleasant hotel stay"
Other than the Best Western location being so close to a shopping center I can not complain about the cleanliness and service at the Keen Location. A very pleasant stay that made my business trip even better.
"Average hotel, no complaints"
We used this hotel a a stop along the way to somewhere else. It was nothing fancy but no complaints either. We checked in late with no problems, beds were comfy and room was clean. Easy on and off the highway!

It was cheap and tolerable for one night. Staff was friendly; breakfast was good. Room a bit dated; dingy and not 100% clean (although nothing gross!)

Room was smaller than usual with no closet. The heat blew on us all night and the sheets were very bleachy smelling. Someone let their child race around the room above us until midnight both nights. "Older Hotel"
The location was very convient to resturants and a main highway. The hotel it self was old and in need of some renovation. The carpets and drapes where dark and the room was crowded with too much furniture for the size. A dog was left in someones room and it barked as we walked down the hall. I was given the smoking room, and it was that. The room smelled of stale tobacco. The walls and ceiling had that amber color of nicotine. For the price and convenient location, it's a great little place. Friendly and easy check-in.
"You get what you pay for!"
The hotel halls were too hot and the rooms were way too small for 4 adults. They had no roll away beds, but they wouldn't fit in the room anyway. I liked having a microwave, not a lot of hotels have them and the fridge had a freezer which is a plus. The shower did not have enough pressure, but I find this with many hotels. If the shower has an energy […] saver in it, they should take it out. I think if the pressure is better the shower would be quicker and in the long run the water would be saved. I had to take twice as long in the shower to get all the soap off, because of so little pressure!! There was a full free breakfast, which is nice, but I couldn't get my bagel or english muffin out of the toaster, there were no wooden tongs, only plastic utensils and metal tongs...so I had to reach in with my fingers...ouch! The coffee wasn't very good or very hot. We didn't have time to make our own waffle, but it was a nice addition. Overall, the people were friendly and the place was clean. "A great value"
Very nice little motel that provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a simple but good breakfast. There is a waffle maker. It is located in a large shopping mall with Home Depot, Target, the Olive Garden among others. For the low price, this is a great value.

My wife and I have stayed here a couple times before and found the hotel in a great location. You could smell the Cig. smoke in the hallway, but could not smell it in the room. The toilet was a little tempremental, but flushed on the second try. the price was fair and there were plenty of nice chain restaurants and shopping close by.

Very convenient location.Four pillows on each dble bed.Room was already cooled off on arrival-not like some places that are hot & stuffy when you get there.Olive Garden across the street-within walking distance. "Clean sheets and good eats"
Great stay for little $ with a good buffet breakfast. Olive Garden is across the parking lot. Nice staff, and a friendly Black Lab named Aggie as the unofficial mascot.

I had just roller skated in the Boston Marathon on the 18th with the Elm City Derby Damez and this hotel was pretty close to everything I needed. Located in/next to a shopping plaza so anything I needed was in close proximity. Truth be told I didn't spend much time in the hotel and the time I did spend there I was exhausted. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The Little cosy Lobby is a great place to have your morning breafast prior to leaviing. There are plenty of resturants in walking distance. This is my first choice place to stay every time I go to Keene.

A very inexpensive place to stay close to everything in Keene and surrounding cities. The staff if very nice and helpful with directions. This is not a place to stay if you are interested in sleeping. The walls are very thin and it has been my experience that the other guests are rude and don't consider others. Kids were running up and down the halls […] and stairs. You can hear just about everything that goes on in the other rooms. "Very nice hotel"
Very nice place, overall. We needed to stay until nearly the check-out time, and the cleaning staff was a little impatient. That said, the room was perfect otherwise. We'd stay there again
"Very basic but fine"
I stayed two nights. The price was good, clean room. The breakfast is okay. The staff was very polite. I was in a non-smoking room but could smell smoke anyway. I could hear the people in other rooms, so maybe not great if you are a light sleeper.

I have stayed in some Days Inns that were disasters but took a chance on this one as it was close to the event I was attending and had among the lowest rates in the area. It also appeared to be a relatively new facility so I figured that would likely be OK - and it was. Very friendly staff and clean, well-appointed room. "Accessories"
There was no iron in my room. I have never stayed in a hotel without an iron. There is always one in the rooms.
