Overall is was ok. Still Water does not offer room service or maid service. If you want new towels, you have to exchange them at a different building. And you have to clean the room before you leave to avoid an additional charge. Since nothing is done for you, it's more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. As far as the condition of the place is concerned, it was great other than the mattress. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I mean no offense to Still Water by saying these things, I'm just being honest. If you don't mind doing things yourself when you're on vacation, then this place would perfect for you. However, I'll probably be staying at an actual hotel during my next trip to Branson.

The room had a weird layout. The sink was small and directly behind the entrance door, if someone left or came in the room you had to move. The heater/air conditioning unit sounded like a plane taking off. The other thing that bothered me was all the doors were locked at midnight, except the lobby which forced us to walk around the entire hotel.

The hotel was a good value for the money. It was close to the Moon River Theater where we had tickets to see the Osmond Brothers perform. It provided cookies in the evening and a continental breakfast in the morning. The only negative comment would be a water stain in the bathroom.

Nice friendly place to stay, but the rooms are showing age. Ours had a little mildew smell and humid feel, and the bed creaked. Bathroom did not have a working vent - the front desk said vents in all rooms were inactive by order from Wyndham. Don't understand that since other Super8's we've stayed at had working vents.

For the price, this really was a great hotel for a weekend getaway. Since this is such a tourist area, you don't spend alot of time in your hotel room, so for that purpose, I rate this excellent. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Off the main road, but close to Tanger Mall and shows. Two good restaurants, plus McDonalds, and WalMart close by. Competitive rates. Recommended

I loved our stay at super 8. being a teen parent at the age of 19 made it difficult to find a hotel that i could actually check into since im not 21, the super 8 gave me that chance and when we got there we knew we made a good choice. the staff were very friendly and helped direct us to the places we were lookin for and even asked about how our day […] was going when we would see them. our room was very clean. the upkeep was amazing and since we had accidentally left personal items on the bed they wouldnt move them to make it so they left us a not explaining it and even came up to tell us as well. overall my families experiance was one we will never forget and i deffinately would recomend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Boring breakfast choices, but my kids loved the evening cookies! Our room had a stale/mildewy smell that we could not seem to get rid of, but the beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. Overall, we thought the room was satisfactory for the price we paid and we felt safe in this facility too.

I thiught the hotel staff were very nice and courteous. I love the fact that they had warm cookies every night. This was a graet way to end the evening before going to bed.

This hotel was very clean and in just the right location for our vacation. It was not fancy but very comfortable and the room entrance was from inside the hotel which I like..I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Branson for a visit.

Hotel is clean. Breakfast selection leaves a little to be desired and the room is extremely small. Shower head is set extremely low for someone under 5 ft. Older hotel though recent renovations. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value no frills hotel for the room rate...

The room smelled musty and things were stolen out of our room. The owner did nothing about it and there was no compensation given to us for our losses. My kids did enjoy the pool.

The 2nd and 3rd day we had to ask for more bar soap. We were registered for 4 people staying but again had to ask for the 4th towel. The chocolate cookies nightly were a nice treat. For the price it was worth it.

We stayed a the Motel 8 Andy Williams in Branson. Not crazy about this motel. Hair in the shower and hair on the sheets from previous guests. Had trouble with the room keys, had to have new keys made. The sign outside said new luxury queen mattresses. They were very hard which did not make for a good night's sleep.
