Room and hotel had unpleasant smell. Outside hall door was not locked properly. No ironing board or iron in room. Bed was hard as nails.

Our friends room wasn't cleaned from the last guests. They walked into uncleaned room. Staff didn't even apologize or seem to care.

Needed somewhere to stay for a night while traveling. The front desk service was friendly and helpful.The room was as clean as you might expect. The rooms are older and dated, but nothing I couldn't deal with for the price I paid. It was quiet too.

The bathroom towels were stained. The bed was dirty. The shower curtain was gross. I moved out and went home for a family urgent issue but was glad to go. Felt dirty when in room for the short time. The staff was rude ar front office. Will be telling friends and family to never consider a Super 8

If you want an overnighter enroute somewhere, stop here. Very pleasant service, newly painted and a quiet enough ac unit. Comfortable. It is basic as the price indicates. Good value. Ease in checking in an very accommodating. Breakfast was basic and the area spotless..no sticky floor like some places.

The location was right across the street from where I needed to be for early morning meetings and for the price it was great. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful and the hotel had a mini fridge which was very convienent. The hotel was quite clean and it was overall a very, very good hotel.

When we checked into the hotel, the clerk was friendly and excused herself to answer the phone for a reservation call. She asked the caller to call back in five minutes since she was busy with checking me in. I felt that was rude to the person on the phone and she should have either put them on hold or got a number to call them back. We called down for extra pillows which we finally got nearly half an hour later. The room had one bottle of shampoo for 3 guests. It just seemed they were short on everything. This hotel was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and staff over-the-top friendly. The breakfast was excellent and included biscuits with gravy and a good selection of fresh fruits. This hotel and excellent value for dollar.

Our room was so-so. Hanging rack was coming out of the wall. One bed's sheets had a black grease mark (hopefully it was grease that didn't wash out.) Otherwise beds were fine. Room just needed an update. We were very disappointed in the dark grime in the bottom of the tub. But bathroom did have a new sink.

The room and beds were clean and in good shape. We had to plug in lamps and alarm clock. The bathroom tub was a bit unstable. The linens were clean, good towels. TV worked well.

We appreciate the opportunity to share about our one night stay with your motel. This review is only to help you improve the quality of a night's stay for all customers. The bathroom floor was so sticky we didn't even want to use the shower. The toilet seat was broken, my husband had to remove the lid to the toilet to stop it from running each time […] we used it, and there was a huge bubble on the ceiling over the shower/tub. The screen on the window was bent so we didn't want to leave it open for bugs to enter. There were only two pillows and a very thin blanket to use. When we entered our room that evening, we nearly froze from the room feeling like it was about 30 degrees. It was to be a nonsmoking room but we could smell cigaretts all night long. The hallway carpet was so dirty that it didn't look like it was vacuumed in weeks. We are sorry to say but we cannot recommend this motel to any of our friends. The room was filthy. Very dirty carpet, the tub was dirty and sickly. The alarm clock didnt work and the toilet would only flush after you waited for it to refill with water ( hard to explain--it was a strange and un-user free set up). Typical Super 8 motel...they're like McDonalds restaurants...clean, warm, convinent. Not the top of the heep, but great for an overnigtht going through, or a couple days in the area. No problems, No complaints

We have stayed here twice and the rooms have been fine each time. The 2nd time hotels.com booked us in smoking rooms, not non-smoking like we requested. Upon check-in the clerk said we had smoking rooms, and I explained it was wrong. Thankfully after 10 minutes of working on our reservation she was able to change it. She said if booking with hotels.com […] ever again to call the hotel to make sure what hotels.com submits to the actual hotel is correct b/c this is not the first time they have got information wrong for a reservation.
