Me and boyfriend were very pleased with the hotel for his birthday. The heat in the room worked great and fast!! The bed was very comfortable but we... heard a lot of noise from the wind and the expressway. We didn't use the shower but the bed was comfortable. I rate my experience a D-.... The queen size Jacuzzi room would not get warm. Reason: There is a 1/2 inch spread in the door and jam. Cold air pored into the room overpowering the heat system. Requested a non-smoking room, I get there and you could get a nicotine addiction by walking in the room. The heater was missing its controls, I had to use my pocket knife to get it to turn on. The drop ceiling had missing tiles and several of them were stained. The bathroom was lite as if were a crime scene in a horror movie. The sheets weren't tucked […] in and constantly became untucked. It's a cozy room just for one to two people.. I was expecting a bigger bed, but it was cozy for me and my husband..( I guess we just use to a King size bed) I would go again for a night no longer than that...

The price was good, but considering there were 4 people, there were only 2 towels. It said the room had a microwave oven and a fridge and this room did NOT. It is suppose to be a no smoking room but it smelled really bad. The continental breakfast was pathetic. I find most are so I was just planning on having just fresh fruit, but this hotel did not […] have fresh fruit. They did not offer cream for the coffee, just chemical powder stuff. The lady at the front desk was a bit helpful, but she didn't seem to know much. The location is right across the street from good shopping. Read more
