We loved our stay at this hotel, didn't knew they had an upscale service for a price I paid. My kids loved the free internet and the make yourself waffles. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, our room was nice and clean.

Clean, comfortable room and beds. Pool is small - the water was dirty the first day we were there but then was clean the second day. Otherwise, happy with our stay.

Room was very clean. Liked not having carpet on the floor. Room only had 3 small bath towels and 2 washclothes. We had 2 adults and 2 children. Asked for 4th bath towel and clerk refused! Said we would have to exchange a towel to get another one. When we mentioned that there were 4 guests in the room, she said there would not be enough towels for all […] the guests if they gave out any more towels. A pretty scarey place. The room was fine but the whole bottom floor was smoking and stunk pretty bad. We were ont eh 3rd floor and it did have an elevator which was handy. I feared for my car in the lot outside but luckily no problems.

The people at the front desk were completely rude, there were police and ambulance passing by every hour. Other then that it was ok. The rooms were clean.

The mattress was as hard as a rock, but the room was clean. I stayed here for 3 nights, and the maids did a good job of cleaning the room every day. Coffee in the room, everything worked. I didnt try the breakfast.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay overnite so I wouldn't have to drive home late. Super 8 was just down the street from the event I attended and was convenient enough. Room was ok, decor was dated, and the noise level from other rooms made it difficult to sleep.

I had a non-street side room and it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was a bit lacking. Instructions to access the Internet was non-existant in the room. Overall the stay was very good.

Perfect location for our needs: An early morning surgery at Soutside Kaiser . Other than breakfast choices, and the surrounding area of this particular Super 8 I was generally pleased. The staff was cordial. I stayed 4 nights, and I learned quickly not to count on the breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the showers were good as was the internet connection. For the price I paid I was satisfied.

my only complaint is that in order to check-out, you just have to put the key(card) in a container at the front desk and since there was no sign saying to do so, i waited for a few minutes until the clerk told me to. i think they should have a sign on the container.(this would save time)

This hotel is functional, well priced and is in a good location for the work I have to do in the city. It is a no thrills facility. It is clean enough and has the basics in the room. I will stay there again, because there is nothing else as close to where I have to work.

The smoking in the hallway was awful, they can clean the hallways up so the hotel can have a clean smell to it. the floors where dirty. however the room were pretty clean. I hope this feedback was helpful.

I loved this hotel for the price, the room is surprisingly comfortable, especially the bed. Excellent breakfast including waffles you make yourself. Friendly staff. Dont be put off by driveway which it shares Denny's parking lot. I have stayed here 3-4 times in the past two years and I will stay here again.

The room had I smell i'n there that I never smell before and the breakfast that they give was all bad the bread was hard the coffee very cold had togo arco down the to get better coffee (hot) it was only 2 Danish and we were i'n the at like 6:15am not good would not stay there again

For where I was visiting, it was close and fairly comfortable, but the ice machine was broken and we were only given a small cup of ice from the office while being told we couldn't have more since they had to pay for a bag of ice.
