The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the room had sticky traps for rodents in it. The restroom outside of the breakfast area had rodent signs as well. I would never stay here again.

There was a lot of hair on bedding. Maid walked in as we were sleeping in the am. Paint on the walls was peeling. Other than a hairy bed our stay was fine.

Chose this hotel because it was fairly close to the freeway and was reasonably priced.The hotel is very basic with old decor and furnishings. Carpeting was old and stained. Our room had an offensive odor-not smoke but bad. Room and bathroom were clean but in need of new paint job etc. The baseboard in the bathroom was stapled to the wall!! The curtains on the windows did not block enough of the light. I could almost have read with all the lights out. There were people running through the halls upstairs till at least midnight. I could barely get any sleep.

I've stayed at this motel many times, but this last stay was a bit disappointing. The cover/front on the heater/air conditioner kept falling off, the bathtub faucet dripped continually, on Sunday night four vehicles in the motel lot got burglarized, the breakfast room ran out of coffee twice during the four days I was there, etc. etc.

Disappointed in condition of room. Large stains in carpet, stains on chair seat at desk, large hole in comferter and major build up of scum in sink drain. Took photos and notified staff at checkout.

Room was not ready we arrived despite arriving at 6 pm to check in. Staff not helpful with local directions. Breakfast was disappointing. Not walking distance to decent restaurants. In an industrial area.

The hallway carpeting needed to be cleaned and vacuumed and the elevator looked dirty and runned down. This hotel is not in an ideal location. The neighborhood is industrial and the hotel is cheap. The room smelled really bad. Good, sound, clean, basic hotel offering a few-frills atmosphere, adequate breakfast, and a good night's sleep. Did have momentary trouble finding it; passed due to the sign being pointed in line, not 90 degrees, from street and covered by tree limbs. Good, basic accomodation for the night.

Overall our visit to this hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. It looked like the non-smoking and smoking rooms were on the same floor so our room smelled like smoke but other than that it was fine. Nothing special, but nothing bad to report about either.

I am a retired military disabled Veteran with ID card. When I arrived at the check in desk, I asked if Super 8 had a military discount. The gentleman behinid the desk asked me if I was with orders. I informed him that I was not. He informed me that I would not be permitted a military discount without orders. What is a 10% discount for those who carry […] a Military ID card and that have served OUR country? Anyways, the rest of the stay was relaxing. The room I stayed in was clean. The bed was comfortable. Room security was good. The continental breakfast was good. Tables could of had more attention since some Mothers were not following their children to clean up after them. I did report an eletric plug that was extremely loose to the front desk. Hopefully, maintenance was able to tighten it before the next occupants get zapped. Unless the next occupants are Military and their 1st zap is no discount available. Read more
