I like this hotel, stayed here a few times. Very central to town(mall, restaurants), great private-owned coffee shop across the street. Pretty good breakfast, rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very nicely kept up, the room was great, very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and make check in a breeze. The location was much better than I expected as well, it was right next to the Boise Outlet Mall, which was perfect! My only problem was with the fitness room, which was tiny and consisted only of one weighted machine, a bike, and a treadmill. Other than that though, the hotel was far better than I was expecting!

Overall it was good for the price. The best part was the location is close to everything. The worst part was the beds were not very comfortable, but I find most hotel beds are not very comfortable.

Old but clean.Frigeration did not work good! Good breakfast, Applebees across the street. We were very disappointed in the pool. We booked this hotel because it had a indoor pool. After driving 600+ miles we were ready for a dip in the pool. The pool had no water in it, the front desk told us, they choose that sunday to do repairs. I was disappointed when we got to the room, the bathtub was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The fan in the bathroom didn't work so it was always muggy and smelly in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was ok. If you don't get to breakfast right when it begins, you won't get much at all.

NO- Eventful. Got the ground floor as requested. Manager informed me there would be a 25.00 fee for my little dog. I stated that I did not see that note in the Hotel description. He waived the fee which was very thoughtful on his part and of great benefit for me on a fixed income. Great stay.

right after we checked it which was about at 10:30 weheaded straight up to our room, dropped our bags said a few words to each other and there was a knock at the door, it was the neighbor demanding that we be quiet so his 10 year old kid could sleep, i booked a room for 4 adults to go to a concert i guess next time i'll book a room downtown.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend, overall it was an alright stay. We had many issues with our room keys not working to open the doors, also met another guest in the hall way who was having the same issue, my husband and I also both are really sore from sleeping on the bed, you can feel every spring in it! Definitely don't plan on being too rejuvenated […] in the morning after sleeping on these beds! Another thing that would have been nice was if the parking was not right outside the windows, it seemed like we had somebody headlights in our window all night or people talking or smoking outside. This hotel was what you expect for $40/night. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The smell of cleaning products in the room was a little overpowering when we first got there, but I would rather have that than a bad smell. The breakfast was great.

Our stay was very good. The only complaint would be the noise from the adjoining rooms. Not much sound proofing. Nice continental breakfast.

We mainly just wanted a cheap hotel with a pool that our kids can swim in. While this hotel wasn't fancy, it suited our needs and we slept comfortably. The pool was warm, although there is no spa.

It's a Super 8, but with that said, there are nice Super 8's, and poorly maintained ones. This is certainly the later. You don't go to a Super 8 for the spa or the amenities you go for a place to sleep. This location is convenient for that, and the staff is nice, but the property is in dire need of an update. The beds and room decor are old... really […] really old, to the point of being uncomfortable. I suppose for a very good price it's worth staying. I can say there are about 20 properties within a stone's throw I'd rather stay in. Read more

I thought it was a good stay. I got a great deal for staying at this hotel, and hotels.com. I'm glad I picked this one, out of all of the different ones to pick from. There could've been a wider variety as far as the continental breakfast goes, but my family and I were very pleased.

Large group of college age kids in town for a hockey game along our hallway, going from room to room, slamming their doors, calling out to each other and talking in loud voices until about 9 pm when they went out for the evening. Aside from that, we had a great stay.

The hotel staff is always helpful and nice. The hotel is clean the property is not new. I make multiple trips each month and always stay there. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are not huge they are of normal size so I sleep well. Not very handicap friendly. Put us in a room at front and only entrance for handicap was in the back. Had other guests in the room above us that stomped and jumped on the floor day and night. When we complained after the second night they got louder and more obnoxious. Other than that it was a good stay.
