"The maids were terribly lazy"
I think the Hotel would be ok, but the Maids spent all their time smoking cigarrettes. We never did get service, even after 5:00 so finally on the second day we asked for towels. I never say the maids to anything.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Super 8 Malvern, Ar"
I stayed here last year and this year while attending a craft show. Quality has really gone down in a year's time. A/C froze up about 3am the last night. Finally came back on around 10am. Electrical outlets are unsafe. They all are just hanging by loose screws. Extension cords and multiple outlet plugs used everywhere. TV is a mess. Channels don't match […] what is displayed on the screen. No channel listing available in the room. Bed was totally lumpy! Linens worn thin. Baseboards dirty. Next time I'll pay more and stay elsewhere. Only good thing was location. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very helpful staff"

The room was average for the age and location of the motel. Breakfast was better than several I've had at other Super 8's. When we were ready to leave the next morning I couldn't find my ignition key. Everyone there from the owner to the maintenance man helped us in the search for the key. A real all hands effort.

At checking in the lady at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. We were assigned to a handy cap room, even though there were very few guests when we checked in and still very few when we left in the morning. Didn't partake of the breakfast but it looked fairly well stocked, especially considering the lack of guests that night.

A great place to park a Penske or U-Haul truck for the night, a convenient location, and a safe area

"Clean and cheap"
04/14/14 The2McDoos Houston, Texas
We just needed a cheap place to stay, and the Super 8 in Malvern, Arkansas, was cheap. The first room they gave us was #101, facing the highway, but despite being a "non-smoking" room, it reeked of cigarettes and air freshener. The front desk lady, who was very nice, said that maybe the maid left the door open while someone was smoking outside, but there was no way. Fortunately, when we got there it was early, so we were quickly switched to an "inside" room that was really non-smoking. The room was clean. The TV only had a few channels (single digits only) but that was okay. The free WIFI had a strong signal. Our bed was comfortable enough. We didn't have breakfast there, so I can't comment on that. When we left in the morning, the place was packed with a lot of pickup trucks. I would guess this is a popular stop for linemen and other working folk who are passing through. It was relatively quiet during the night. We are pretty used to this level of motel and it was adequate for a one-night stay.
"Worst place ever"

filthy room, silver fish in the bathroom. Couldn't even sleep thinking about the filth. Comforter ripped, chair arms missing fabric. Smelled horrible. Changed rooms and the new one wasn't any better
