Our stay was very nice. It met my expectations and is a nice clean hotel which is close to the Dells. The hot tub was hot enough and the breakfast was fine, it isn't often you get scrambled eggs and sausage at a hotel like this.

We stayed overnight with our 2 yr old on the way home from visiting friends. The room was clean and comfortable, not as dated as I expected based on other reviews. The only blemish on our room was a little rust on the edges of the base plates of the shower rod. It was great that the splash park area opened early, the water was warm and perfect for our 2 yr old. We thought the water park was as nice as a much pricier resort we stayed at on the way up 3 days prior. The front desk staff was pleasant, and the free breakfast, while limited, was convenient. For what we needed and the price, I was extremely satisfied.

The hotel smelled stale and smoky. The room was clean enough but seemed chaeply built and maintained. The blankets were too thin and uncomfortable, The breakfast was good and had a decent amount of choices. The staff were friendly.

Nothing spectacular. Next door to a truck stop so it was a little noisy. The breakfast was lacking any real substance. The best thing was the Chinese Buffet next door. Great food.

we arrived at 4:15 p.m. and were given a room on second floor. the room was not cleaned yet and 3 housekeeping carts and staff were cleaning the second floor. the desk assigned us another room and as we were moving down the hall we heard one of the housekeeping staff shout...that's why people are not supposed to arrive until after 3: !! Excuse me...it […] is now 4:30! The reservation was messed up and had a credit card/mastercard with an odd number on it which was not ours. we booked with our visacard. The desk lady was nice but she wanted our card to write down the numbers so she could straighten it out. She kept stressing that she tore up the information but we were nervous about having our visacard out of our hands. Read more

The breakfast was disappointing. Everything was nearly gone by 9:15, however boasted breakfast until 10:30. No hot food served -just cereal and pre-packaged muffins. Beds were so hard it was difficult to sleep very long at a time and after only two nights almost back crippling. Everytime someone left their room the doors slammed HARD and noisy all thru […] the night. Overall a very good experience. The first night the beds were a little firm, but when our air conditioning stopped working, were very proactive. They quickly upgraded us to a suite and were very accommodating. They were happy to put the breakfast out early for the team. A wonderful stay, we would stay there again. Mike & Karen

Lovely hotel, lots of space in the room including full couch and large counter/desk area. Breakfast was fine, staff was friendly & helpful. Only complaint is the bed was a bit stiff.

We needed a place to stay on our way to our destination and this fit the bill. We were comfortable and right off the highway was perfect for us. The pool looked nice although our stay didn't include using it. Staff was nice and friendly. Was a little pricey for what we needed but being close enough to the Dells, it was to be expected, I guess.

Overall we were very impressed with the hotel stay. Far better than we expected. The front desk clerk however needs to find another job! Her demeaner was that of someone who feels they are far superior to everyone else.

The people were very nice and the room seemed very clean, however the smell of smoke just about knocked us over when we entered. We thought it would be OK, but all 4 of us had a hard time sleeping (my son has asthma and he had to use his inhaler). The hotel was completely booked as were all hotels in the area, so we didn't have the option to move rooms […] or hotels. I had to do laundry on vacation to wash our clothes because they smelled so bad after one night in the bed. I think an ozone application in the non-smoking rooms is warranted. Read more
