    We stayed here overnight to attend our daughter's graduation in Chico. The room was clean and quiet. The rate was reasonable. This is not a fancy place... but served our purpose just fine.     Managers live on site - cooking made the place smell We arrived back from our function a few minutes after check out to find room key locked out - they charged $20 to re-activate the key so we could retrive our belongs and check out. Little english spoken - WOuld not provide a Written Reciept of charges stated "already paid" when room booked so not […] doing a receipt. not happy at all will not stay at Super 8 again. Read more

    Hotel is what you'd expect for the price; simple, but completely adequate. Staff was very friendly & the room was clean. Easy walking to grab a quick bite to eat, conveniently located for a track day at Thunderhill.

    In 4 days was unable to connect to internet even once. Room furniture was in poor repair Bed pillows were flat and hard One days room was not serviced Wash cloths and hand towels were not provided on two days. Free contential breakfast was minimal to say the least

    The rudeness of the clerk to the fellow ahead of us and the lack of a real included breakfast along with mediocre appearance left us feeling very uncomfortable indeed.

    Align your expectations appropriately. Received a smoking room instead of non-smoking per my reservation, needed to pay extra fee. Otherwise, it's fine for one night.

    BOOKED MY RESERVATIONS WITH HOTELS .COM SEVERAL DAYS IN ADVANCE FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM, WHEN MY WIFE AND I ARRIVED I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A SMOKING ROOM AND THAT THERE WERE NO NON SMOKING ROOMS AVAILABLE. THE ROOM STUNK, THE FRIDGE DIDN'T WORK, THERE WAS A CIGARETTE BUTT THAT FELL FROM THE TUCKED BEDDING, STAINS AND HOLES IN BOX SPRING, YELLOW DRIPPLETTES […] DOWN THE WALL THAT MADE US THINK OF URIN. I WAS IN WILLOWS FOR THE RACES. IN THE MORNING I WENT TO THE RACE TRACK TO FINISH WORK ON MY CAR. I LEFT MY WIFE BEHIND AT THE MOTEL AS SHE HAD GOTTEN TOO MUCH SUN THE DAY BEFORE AND WASN'T FEELING WELL. I CALLED HOTELS.COM TO INFORM THEM OF MY SITUATION AND TOLD THEM THAT BECAUSE OF THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM WE WOULD NOT STAY ANOTHER NIGHT. AND COULD I CANCEL MY RESERVATION . HOTELS,COM ARRANGED THIS, WHEN I RETURNED TO THE MOTEL TO PICK MY WIFE UP, AS I WALKED TO MY ROOM, I WITNESSED THE MOTEL MANAGER AT MY DOOR HASSELING MY SICK WIFE. tHIS IS THE WORST SUPER 8 I HAVE EVER STAYED AT IN MY LIFE.     Yes, this hotel was a good price but I would pay more to stay anywhere else. The Days Inn or Holiday Inn Express on the same street would be a much better choice. We stop in Willows everytime we drive to Vegas and we will never stay at the Super 8 ever again. Dirty room- questionable stains on furniture, pillows & blankets. Hair in bathroom (sink, tub […] & floor) and even hair on our pillows! EW! I used to clean hotel rooms for a living, I would be embarrassed if this was my hotel. To top things off, there were exposed wires for the air conditioner, smoke detector pulled off (we found it in a drawer) clocks didn't work and the owners complained about our kids making too much noise at 5 pm!!!!! (they put us in a room above their living space) Plus the hotel has a bad spell in it. DON"T STAY AT SUPER 8 in Willows! Read more
