it was ok you can tell that it is in need of remodeling the bathroom especially above the shower I do like the sink inside the bathroom not in the hallway

Needs great improvement, the price could have been lower, and we would have canceled the room but we learned it had to be done like 2 days in advance so that didn't work out.

This is a decent hotel to stay in if all you intend to do is sleep there and watch a little TV. The price was definitely a large selling point. The room was acceptable, but the cloth shower curtain needed to be bleached or replaced, as it had stains that looked like mildew stains. The fixtures all worked fine,the water pressure was fine and there was plenty of hot water. The TV had more cable channels than the local university dorm room, which was a positive for our college age son. The air conditioning worked well enough to keep us comfortable, but the window did not open, so we had to use the air conditioning rather than getting fresh air. The location was fine. It is close to the highway, within two blocks of two or three restaurants and several gas stations, and about a mile from the university. The front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful, though not chipper or cheerful. Parking was plentiful, even later at night, though the back of the hotel has no street lights, so might not be great for women alone. The hotel will eventually need to replace the hall carpet and repaint, but that's probably why the price is what it is. All in all, it was a fine place to stay for the cost.

Even though it was a smoke free room, the halls smelled smokey. The back door was not locked to the hotel. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful.

Our air conditioning did not work, when I called the front desk, the lady working night shift said there was nothing she could do about it, we did not go to sleep til about 3 AM because of this. There was blood on the toliet seat I assume from the previous person having their period, it was easily seen when the seat was lifted and should not have been missed during cleaning. The shower curtain was molded and the room was not clean over all it looks as if it had not been vacuumed in a while, we were also worried that the sheets had not been changed. The only thing I can say about this hotel was that it had beds and water. I spoke with the manager the next morning and she did not even appologize for our terrible night.

Hotel was inexpensive....therefore did not expect much. Breakfast area was very small.

Cheapest hotel in area also the oldest. Needs a refit but servicable-just.

There was french fries and a cigarette on the floor. Carpet needed to be cleaned. Dust found in room. Fan hanging low in bathroom. Small breakfast area.

The hotel personal were nice. It was a very loud hotel walls not very sound proof. Very Unsanitary. Cleanliness of room needed work. My reservation was for a King size room and I only nrecieved a queen. I would not reccomend this hotel.

When we first arrived - the air conditioner wasn't working. I called the front desk and was told "shut it off - it is froze up"...so we shut it off and left for supper. We came back, and turned it back on and it still did not work. It was extremely hot in the room. I called the front desk again.....and by this time the bathroom fan had fallen out of the ceiling and was hanging by wires.....the front desk gal finally agreed to move us to another room. The second room did have a working air conditioner but the bed was horrible. We booked this hotel both going to and coming back from a vacation. The second time around I had to go to the front desk to get a fresh bottle of shampoo because the one left for us was half used apparently by the previous guest. The other Super 8 motels we stayed in on our vacation were superb. I cannot believe that the francise would allow their name to be associated with such a substandard motel.

Allowed smoking in hotel and had non smoking rooms above the smoking rooms so if you didn't have your bathroom vent fan on your room filled with smoke. Poor planning by managament.
