"Great room for the money"

This was a very inexpensive hotel but had all the amenities you need; not luxurious but it was clean, had in-room coffee and was comfortable. It is in a great location, convenient to everything including shopping and the 540 bypass. Breakfast was basic, but there there are 3 restaurants with breakfast within walking distance.

Pillows a bit flat. No No USA today. Not a hot breakfast. Toast, or bagel. Over all the room meet basic needs for an overnight stay. No real extra's. I will say it was good not great.

"Hotel Staff stole"

I just completed a stay here and had a Playstation portable and game stolen from here. All I got from the front desk was that the staff said they didn't take it with no remorse or offer of replacing or refunding my stay. I will never stay at this Super 8 nor any other.

The room was ok for the money. The pool wasn't ready and the maid service was only offered very early in the morning. Wasn't good for vacation purposes.

"ROOMY AND QUIET"

We asked for and were given a very nice ground floor room. It had two doors, one to the drink machines, ice, and lobby, the other to a parking space. King bed, desk w/chair, comfy chair w/ottoman, and nice DEEP jacuzzi tub. Roomy and quiet!

"Good Basic Hotel with Extras"

The Hotel was in good condition. A little older, some maintenance needed but overall a good stay. The breakfast bar was very good, clean. Amenities and Restaurants in walking distance. Rooms have outdoor entrances as well as indoors. Did find when it rained hard it was loud in the room. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay there again for short trips.

Hotel Staff was very nice. the hallways and staircases were in need of repairs. one step had a piece that kept coming off and i would think would be a safety hazzard. The room appeared mostly clean, but upon closer inspection there were some issues. An exmple would be gunky build up on the bathroon outlet, yuck. Was ok for the price, great location near food and shopping.

"What a Smell"

The smell in the room and hallway was almost unbearable. We did not expect anything luxurious, however we did expect clean and comfortable.We borrowed an iron from the front desk and had to move the bed to plug it in. The carpet behind and under the bed had not been touched in quite a while. After viewing this we were so uncomfortable with the cleanliness standards that we went to a local retail store and bought our own sheets, blankets and pillows as we had booked this hotel for 3 nights. There were two great things about this hotel and it was that the staff was very friendly and the central location of the facility.

Motel is virtually new with a great location. We would recommend. Need a small finishing touch of small signs designating for example "Room 200-224->" it was needed as we didn't know to go right or left on the second floor, which has no elevator that we saw. Otherwise the rates are very good and the facility is nice.

"Close to everything!!!"

I was in Bentonville for my grandfather's funeral, and chose the Super 8 for it's price. I was very suprised to find that the room was spacious, the bathroom large, and the beds extremely comfortable. The Super 8 is conveniently located very close to the highway, was within walking distance of several restaurants and no less than a ten minute drive from everywhere I needed to be for the entire weekend.

Reserved 2 rooms. Greeted very nicely. Staff very friendly and helpful. One room had a smoky smell to it.. but we were given another room very quickly to our satisfaction. Nice continental breakfast. Slept very comfortably.

For the low rate that we paid I expected just the very basics. But the room and area was very nice and clean. Only exception was a plumbing problem with the toilet. It ran most of the time and made strange sounds. We had to turn it off at the wall to sleep.

The hotel was in good condition and our room was clean. However, it smelled really bad. When I requested air freshener, I was given a spray bottle of some green cleaner. That didn't work so well.
