This property fits our needs financially and in location. We visit family in the area and use the facility only to sleep and grab a quick breakfast. It is perfect for just that. Everything is good except one - they seem to be converting smoking rooms into non-smoking - we were put in a smoky room after complaining next morning we were moved to a real non-smoking room. Then on it was good. Good breakfast. Nice location. Good price.

If you want a clean room, wi-fi, fridge, microwave and about 3 miles from major stores and fast food places, this a great choice. Only sub-par thing was not great water pressure on a 2nd floor room. No elevator either. Near highway and gas station. Also the room had a small couch and was roomy.

My daughter and I were looking for a place to sleep after nightlife in Providence over Thanksgiving break. We were there on a Tuesday. We arrived late. The attendant was nice but was unable to give us many recommendations for food. She did not inform us of check out or breakfast times etc. The hotel did not have an elevator and we had to drag our bags […] up the stairs. The door did not fit the door jam. There was a visible space of about a quarter of an inch through which you could clearly see inside the room. There were black hairs on the blanket and the comforter. The shower was very difficult to operate. The taps in the bath room were very dirty and looked like they had hardly been cleaned in a long time. It was a no frills place to sleep. It was much further away from downtown Providence than I had imagined it would be. I was looking for cheap and I found cheap. You get what you pay for. Read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out at 4 AM to make our flight, and the gal at the front desk made us coffee and gave us cinnamon rolls to-go since the continental breakfast wasn't until 6. The bed was old, somewhat "saggy" and just not comfortable. Mold in the bathroom but, in a humid environment, probably to be expected.

Hotel was amazingly well kept up with, I've stayed at many super 8's and this one was by far the best! My new fiancé and I recently stayed and they had an excellent breakfast staff, as far as keeping food stocked up until the end of breakfast, just an excellent place to stay!
