Lovely stay. Hotel is a little out of the way, but it's very close to public transport links, so that wasn't a problem. Staff spoke perfect English and German. There's a bakery just down the road too, which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was a bit out of city center but ideal place for driving to. there was plenty fo free parking and it was a 7 minute walk to the S-bahn to take us... to city. 7 stops on S-bahn and 2 U-bahn stops. ( cost 10.20 Euro for 5 adults per day )The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is typical you find in hotels in Germany and was very good. It had a coffer bar for more exotic coffees for breakfast. Rooms were average you find around Germany with a small bathroom but they were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. I arrived late and had to leave relative early. Still I got a good dinner at the Italian restaurant next door. The hotels breakfast was outstanding an absolute 10+. I love the location next to a church in an quite old town setting. I'm sure I will be back if I have to be in that area again.

First of all.. the hotel you see in the picture is not where you stay. You are directed to the back side of the hotel to additional dorm style buildings. The location is about a 10 minute drive to downtown munich, but nothing exceptional in the area. No AC and hot rooms (the temp outside at night was around 60 degrees, but the room felt like 80). No […] elevator available and parking was first come first serve, sharing with the locals who lived in the building. Rooms were small and the bathroom was smaller than an apartment closet. All together we left a day early and ate the penalty fee to stay at another hotel. Only positive to the hotel was its Restaurant, but a meal for two cost more than a nights stay at the hotel. We stayed here during Oktoberfest and considering the price for that time of year, we were satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it to others. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The only three problems we had is: a roll-away bed we requested was not available so someone had to sleep on the floor; the breakfast was suppose […] to be until 11am but when I went down at 10:45, it had already been put away; and the room does NOT have an air conditioner. Luckily it was cool enough outside that we weren’t uncomfortable. But I prefer an AC in my room and was disappointed their description of the room was inaccurate. The walk to the train station was less than 10 minutes (and my husband is a slow walker). The neighborhood is really dark at night but I didn’t feel too uncomfortable walking with my group. Any other time of year, I would prefer to stay closer to the city center. But for Oktoberfest or if your reason for travel is near the hotel, I would recommend it. I met several repeat business customers while I was at the hotel which is usually a good indication. Read more

Der S-Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten erreicht, 6 Stationen bis zum Marienplatz - Zimmer sauber, auch beim ersten Mal im Nebenhaus. Leider hat das Restaurant nicht immer geöffnet, also kann man nach Ankunft nicht direkt einen Drink zu sich nehmen. Frühstück und Atmosphäre perfekt, Rührei mit Speck auf Wunsch, optimaler Service.

Ich selber war immer nur zum Frühstück dort. Meine Familie habe ich dort schon mehrmals untergebracht . Sie waren jedes mal sehr zufrieden.Zimmer war immer sauber, ruhig gelegen am Stadtrand - nahe Messe (ICM) , gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundlicher Service, schönes Landhotel. Eigentlich habe ich immer was zu "meckern", aber in diesem Fall muss ich rund heraus sagen, dass es ein erstklassiges Hotel ist, das mich äußerst angenehm überrascht hat. Ruhig gelegen, super ausgestattet, freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück und äußerst sauber. Einzig Duschvorhänge sind eine Geschmacksfrage für sich..... ( " meckern...") Posizione ottima vicino alla NeueMesse, a piedi ci vogliono circa 20/25 minuti. Peccato che non ci sia la navetta. E' una piccola struttura con un po' di verde intorno, molto rilassante, sembra di essere fuori citta'. Camera appena sufficiente per il costo in periodo di fiera: bagno piccolo, doccia con tenda (senza box), tv senza satellite, niente frigo […] in camera. Pulizia appena sufficiente.
