"WORST HOTEL IN DUSSELDORF"

This is the wrost service I have received in a long long time!!! As I have travel for business to many different places around the world I have never received a worst service and such poor conditions of the room. I have put a special request for the room to be a NON Smoking one as I am alergic to smoke and cannot stand it. What has hapenned was exactly the opposite I was given a room on the smoking floor and the smell was so strong like somebody was smoking in my room itself. Once I have opened the wardrobe an actual smoke came through the cracks of the back!!! When I went down to the reception to ask for a non smoking room i was told there is no one available and if do not like it I can find myself a different hotel. When I requested to speak to the manager I was told that SHE is not in at the moment and could not be contacted, nor was she available the next day or the day after when I was leaving!!! By all means this was the worst service I have experinced ever and I would not recommend that hotel to my worst enemies!!!

"friendly Russian staff but cold room"

first night temp was just above freezing and so was my room but after three hours I was no longer shivering hot water radiator heat is slow

Receptionisten rökte i receptionen- inte trevligt! Vattnet i duschen var skållhett och personalen ville inte vara tillmötesgående utan bara nonchalanta.

Bien situé, proche tram et bus, gare centrale. Petit dej de base mais correct. Parking non gardé non privatif juste à côté et parking intérieur si besoin pour 8€ sup.
