The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown Toronto airport. I think if the weather had been nicer and we didn't have as much luggage, it would have been possible to walk from the airport to the hotel (how often can one say that!) There is alot of construction outside the hotel, so it was tough to find it by car and it was also hard getting a cab later that day. Patience is necessary. The hotel staff was cold and brusque, not accommodating at all. They refused a one-hour late checkout. Also, we asked for a double room, but was given a king because there were no more doubles available. Though the room was an upgrade to a corner "suite," it was still inconvenient. The room itself was lovely. Huge bathroom, clean, comfortable, spacious. We would go back there again, particularly when the weather is nicer and we can explore the harborfront area (there is a shopping mall down the street that looked really nice with restaurants and a supermarket).

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Discreet service. Premises seem well maintained. Parking lot felt a little crowded, though - perhaps it should be a bit bigger given the size of the hotel.

I was welcomed and attended to, with a bright smile at the front desk. My room had a great layout. It was very clean, neat and professionally taken care of. The restaurant and bar located within the hotel provided great service and they were very comfortable. I look forward to staying again when I visit Toronto again.

We chose this hotel as a launchpad to exploring Toronto. It provided everything we were looking for. It was spacious (two bedrooms! two bathrooms! three televisions! fully equipped kitchen!); clean and bright. The desk service and housekeeping staff were very polite and accomodating. The inn provided a full breakfast (buffet/make your own waffle type […] - with a great selection of fresh fruit). If you reserve the room through Expedia, the rate is VERY reasonable. It is a great place to use as a base to see a great city (or in our case to see the Red Sox play the Blue Jays). A short drive to restaurants, shopping centers and theaters. The staff were amazingly pleasant and attentive. The room was very clean and well-kept. I paid extra for my dog which was of course expected but they did not really provide any treats or dishes or beds for the dog. Seeing that I have stayed in other pet-friendly hotels, when they charge there is usually a bit of service. The breakfast was good but no […] fruit salads were offered and the eggs were quite cold. There was only Queen size bed available in the suites and not very comfortable. It is far from any amenities (coffee shops, shopping in general). But again overall it is a place that I would recommend because of the friendly staff and cleanliness. Read more
