This hotel was amazing for the low cost of it! The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were soft, the room was clean and a good size, there was a microwave and fridge in the room. "Would gladly stay here again"
My husband and I stayed here recently for a family wedding. We didn't know what to expect having picked the hotel from a long list on the internet. We were surprised (to say the least) when we arrived. It was way and above our expectations. The staff on the reception desk were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was very clean […] and ideally placed on the 1st floor (which is downstairs!!!) and overlooked the pool. The breakfast was taken in a diner called "Sadies" about 20 feet from the main entrance. The food on offer was very good and you could have as much as you wanted. "VERY Dated !!"
The lay out is not good at all. You have to go outside in the elements under a canapé, as though it does not rain sideways or get cold in winter, to get breakfast. ONLY good is the indoor/outdoor pools!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had a good experience. Located right on the 76 strip close to all major attractions. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are well maintained.

It has been 3 years since we have visited Branson, Missouri. We chose the Clarion at the Palace for our stay. Super clean accommodation...right on 76, the strip. A room facing the pool is very quiet. A patio door opens for fresh air. There is an indoor pool, as well as outdoor . The breakfast included in our stay was hot, complete and delicious. From the front desk at check-in to our final goodbye we were well taken care of.
This is the only hotel in Branson we will stay at. Clarion in Branson has been our go-to hotel for YEARS! We've always been VERY pleased with our experience with the Clarion. Staff is very nice, and rooms are clean, balconies are nice. Rooms are a little out dated, but beds are very comfortable, and rooms are luxurious, and the clarion has always went above, and beyond for us. Breakfast at sadies has always been great, and since they are moving to buckinghams for breakfast I'm sure it'll be even better. I want to give a huge thank you to the staff at clarion!

This was our first stay at the Clarion and we were very pleased. We normally stay at another Choice hotel that is off the 76 Strip because we aren't crazy about the traffic, but that hotel was closed for the winter. Knowing that the traffic on the strip is not bad during this time of year, we chose the Clarion. We are so glad we did. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and our room was nice with super comfortable beds and pillows. We reserved a room with a balcony and had a very nice view of the strip. Across the street is The Baldknobbers Jamboree and Pancho Villa's Tex-Mex restaurant, and next door is the Grand Village Shops. The Clarion is also within walking distance to other restaurants, shows and shopping. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to be in the center of everything. You won't be sorry.

Our room was comfortable and clean. It was nice, but not luxurious. The bathroom was crowded, but we made due. The balcony was large enough just for the 2 chairs that were there. You had a hard time getting outside with them there; however, it was cold and we did not go to sit outside. The complimentary full buffet breakfast was held next door at The Sideboard. What a nice way to wake up and get going. The staff at the breakfast were very accommodating and we had a lot of good food choices. The hotel was located right in the middle of all attractions on Hwy 76. It is also a convention center, has an indoor pool, etc. that we did not use.

Checked in Jan 17 and leaving Jan. 19. Beds are wonderful. Owned by Diamond resorts so meets their standard of excellence. Had free breakfast but due to diet we did not attend. The rooms were large and we had balcony on 5th floor with super view.. Everything was well Kepler. Coffee. pot in lobby with reg and decaf coffee 24/7. Have restaurant but closed. Have indoor and outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Pool well kept and clean with great temp for indoor pool.all employees we met very friendly and kind.. Located in center of everything. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone

When we checked in asked front desk employee if the Buckingham's Restaurant would be open this evening and on New Year's Eve. She didn't know and was not concerned about it. You would think with all the advertising that is done at the Motel for the Restaurant employees would be informed about it's operating hours, etc. Our last day which was Friday 01.02.2015 we headed over to the Restaurant called Sadie's for breakfast. Our Motel food voucher was good from 6.30 a.m. Until 11:00 a.m. for Friday 01.02.2015. When we arrived at the restaurant, a closed sign was displayed. I thought that was odd so looked at my watch it was only 9.20 a.m. We went up to the door and was greeted by an owner or manager who said the Clarion was doing the breakfast over at the Buckingham's and Sadie's was closed for the rest of the season. He also informed us we were the third couple who had come over to the Restaurant that morning. Thought here is another good example of no communication from Motel employees or Manager to their quests. We headed over to Buckingham's at the Clarion and was told they shut breakfast down at 9.30am. I asked to speak to the Restaurant Manager. The employee said only the cook was there and she went off to get the cook. The cook came out and visited with me in regards to breakfast. I mentioned with the lack of communication with the Motel and Restaurant maybe the owners of the Motel or Restaurant would like to know so they could correct the problem. The cook called the Restaurant manager with her cell phone and handed the phone to me. The Manager answered, Taco Bell, of course I assumed he also might be a District Manager for that chain too. Well it turned out he must have been at home because when I tried to explain to him that the Motel has no idea what Buckingham's Restaurant is doing or cares but if communication was better between the two businesses it might be possible for business to increase. He informed me that Buckingham's was closed too. He didn't seem to understand or really care so gave the cook back the phone and headed into the Motel to talk to a Manager. Really........ the people who needed to know about this lack of communication is the actual owners of the business but thought would start with a Manager first. We met another couple with 3 small children who where headed over to Buckingham's for breakfast when I told them it was closed. They couldn't believe it either especially when they had a food Voucher which also stated breakfast 6.30-11.am. I explained to them was heading into the Motel to speak to a Manager about the lack of communication. Informed them this same thing happened last year when we stayed at the Motel for Our annual New Years outing. What concerns me is that this is the second time this has happened at this Motel in the last two years. Our first year at the Motel in 2013 great time. We dined at Buckingham's for New Year's Eve, great food and service. This along with the Motel staff made us come back for the years 2014 and 2015 so headed to the lobby to speak to a Manager. When entering the lobby encountered the front desk clerk. I asked to speak to the Manager. She said would call him so we waited and waited no one came, with no update from the clerk or Manager, we left with the intentions to find out who the owners might be to inform them about their business. Small as these instances may appear they reflect upon the Hotel. We enjoyed the housekeeper's friendly smiles and their help but front staff could be improved. Sincerely,
This is overall the BEST hotel in Branson. When we go to branson this is the only hotel we will stay at. Due to very good service, clean rooms, free breakfast, etc. This is our go-to hotel in Branson. And only hotel we will stay at in Branson. Staff are so nice, and helpful. Very good breakfast next door, at sadies. We love to be able to walk right across the street to Cakes n creams. We also have always had great exprience at the buckinghams restaurant on Campus. Just want to give a huge thumbs up to the staff at Clarion!

Newly decorated rooms, fair price. Very clean. . The hotel is older but very clean and generally updated. Breakfast next door in the country restaurant. The breakfast was pretty cheap with piles of bacon and dry pancakes. Its dark in there and the floors are greasy. The staff is very nice but the breakfast is low quality, but fast so you don't have to go elsewhere. If I was running the hotel I'd rethink this option since it takes away from the newer-clean feeling from the hotel itself.
