Great location close to Deutsche Oper Berlin and served by bus less than 100m walk from the front door, less than 30 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof by bus and S-bahn. Excellent breakfast, one of the best I've had at the price. My only complaint is some smoking jerk in the floor below would blow his garbage out his window and of course it would be sucked directly into my windows. Thankfully the air-conditioning was working perfectly.

Had a really great stay. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed to friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room. The only real complaint I have is that the doors and room are not that well sound proofed and you can hear everything in the hallway. But overall, good comfortable stay.

We stayed a week at the hotel and enjoyed it. Best locaition in Berlin, very close to most museums. also very close to the S & U Bohn and trains. Shopping is near by. I would stay again when in Berlin.

Very nice. No complaints. Had to pay for breakfast and wifi and parking but that seems to be standard in Europe. Breakfast was exceptionally good, great variety and quality. Room was very nice as was Hotel. Front desk staff was friendly, helpfl and spoke good English. Could walk safetly from Hotel to major attractions. On a street car and subway route. Would stay here again.

Everything was very good, including the restaurant. There are only a few things I would change: 1. The room had an old rundowned carpet. No matter how much you vacuum it, it does not look clean. Would much rather have a hardwood floor or something similar. 2. The "business room" is a very tinny space with only one computer. For the money I payed, I would expect a "real" bussiness room with three or four PC's, etc. 3. The espresso coffee machine never worked (although you can get good coffee just about everywhere around the place). Other than that, it is a great hotel ... specially the view, WOW ... awesome ... and the location can't be better. The staff was very friendly too.

This distinctive art hotel is situated in the Charlottenburg district, a short walk away from Berlin's renowned Kurfürstendamm boulevard, the memorial church and the KaDeWe department store. The nearest airport is Berlin-Tegel (TXL), nine kilometres away and around 20 minutes by car.
Hotel Features.
The slogan of the Art'otel is "A Warhol Exhibition," and there are over 200 artworks around the hotel: a combination of art by Warhol and photography by Christopher Makos. The Art'otel has 91 guestrooms spread over six floors, all of which are decorated in vibrant colors, with etched glass headboards and Warhol prints on the walls. All rooms have desks and coffee tables, minibars, and safes. Bathrooms follow the colour scheme of the room, and come with hair dryers and toiletries.

FACTORY Bar - Located in the lobby and serving cocktail specialties and street food throughout the day. Features lounge music and pictures of and by Andy Warhol and Campbell's Soup cans with ‘Factory' on the label on each table. Modern furnishings in grey and black, lit by coloured spotlights. Wall-to-wall windows overlook the busy Lietzenburger Strasse with life-size cut-outs of Warhol and photographer Christopher Makos stuck to the glass.
Breakfast hours are: 6.30 AM to 10 AM on weekdays and from 7:30 AM to 11 AM on weekends.

"Overrated hotel, try something else"
Great location, but this hotel is a cookie cutter, no-personality, no charm, over rated hotel. We stayed here expecting so much more. The rooms were clean, but the advertised air-conditioning is just a fan that doesn't blow hard nor does it actually cool the room. There is no temperature control so don't stay here if you want to be comfortable in your […] room! Thank god it wasn't too hot during our visit because the room was barely tolerable as it was. I would describe this hotel as a pig with lipstick. They took and old, run down hotel and put up some cool art. Beyond that, I couldn't tell why or what was special or even nice about this place. "Mildew on walls!"
A real let down - stayed here when new 7 yrs ago and fast gone into a decline. Room basic and uncommfortable - damp on interior walls freshly painted over! Parkin for six cars only via tiny lift u can only just get into. Lots of other and better choices locally - new one far superior next door!

"Nice hotel in a great location"
We were happy with everything, only thing that was strange was a constant smell of sewage system in the elevantor and in the lobby. Besides this, it was good. I assume that they get this fixed - but i may make us consider another hotel next time

"Art'otel Plaza Platz Berlin"
Very nice and good looking hotel. The room was clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The only negative thing was the little noise coming from the mini-bar. But it's a detail.

Hotel was in a great location and easily accessible from the Airport. Hotel had a boutique feel and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Only grip was main lobby was under renovation and wireless didnt work in rooms but otherwise very good. Lots of good options for dining and drinks around the hotel
"Just okay."
I was really dissapointed. i am a very tall guy who had many hotel choices but chose this one for the king bed. (which i never got, and they didn't have available,,The first offer a TWIN!!) Work being done on the hotel means i couldn't take an afternoon nap, (after traveling for 6 hours, loud hammering....ugh) and no one at the bar so i could have a […] coffee (had to go down the street) Room was small and clean with an old TV. The day i was checking out, the maid started at 8am asking when i was leaving,, and kept checking back. So many hotels in the area with a comparable price, i would suggest choosing another hotel. "Highly Recommended"
We got the room as soon as we got there at 10 AM .We were 3 people at one room and the room was very big and comfortable so was the toilet . The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful . Very clean and modern . Just a few minutes walk from the Kurfürstendamm and transportation . This is an Excellent hotel

Globalement un fort bon souvenir et je retournerais à cet hôtel sans hésitations, si ce n'est de m'assurer d'être du côté de la nouvelle construction.

"Mycket prisvärt nära Kudam"
Hotellet ligger nära fina Ludwigskirchplatz (missa inte den) och på gångavstånd från Kudamm med bussar, U-bahn och S-bahn. Är du mycket ljudkänslig - be om ett rum mot gården. Annars är ljudisoleringen väldigt bra även om du bor mot trafikerade Lietzenburger Strasse. Det men slås av är hur rent, nytt och snyggt allting är på hotellet. Och priset vi […] fick var mycket konkurrenskraftigt med tanke på standarden. Frukosten är dyr - men det finns alternativ runt om hotellet. Personlen sköter sig bra och jag skulle absolut rekommendera detta hotell till den som besöker Berlin. Read more

Godt hotel og centralt beliggende. Rigtig god kvalitet til pengene, lyse pæne værelser og et dejligt sauna/relax område som er inkluderet. Eneste jeg ikke var tilfreds med var morgenbuffet. Hvis man kom en halv time før "lukketid" var der intet at spise!! Alt i alt godt tilfreds!

"Flot Hotel som ligger dejligt central"
Kan anbefale dette hotel til alle som vil bo tæt på Kurfursteendamm. Når man tænker på at hotellet ligger i centrum var der underligt nok ikke noget støj af betydning om aften. Det er et rigtig flot hotel og personlalet var rigtige søde og hjælpsomme. Jeg vil til en hver tid vælge dette hotel igen næste gang jeg skal til Berlin.

Storre, lyse værelser. God comfort. Meget venligt og opmærksomt personale. 15 euro i tillægspris for morgenmad er for dyrt. Dyre parkeringsforhold. Men generelt et virkelig godt hotel.

En del støj fra gaden og værelset var i fin stand. Vil nok nærmere kalde hotellet et 3 stjernet hotel end 4 stjernet. Men hvis man tager prisen i betragtning er det et rigtig fint hotel tæt på metro og shopping.
"Tipp-topp-tommel-opp"
FInt hotel, bra beliggenhet, stort rom. Perfekt, uproblematisk hotel for langweekend i Berlin. Eneste ulempe er traffikkbråk hvis man ønsker å sove med åpent vindu og har rom mot gata. Men man kommer ikke utenom det når man alikevel har bestemt seg for å bo sentralt i en storby.

"Dejligt hotel med god service og beliggenhed"
Hotellet har en udmærket beliggenhed til gode restauranter og til offentlig transport. Derudover ligger det også godt, hvis man er til de dyre mærker, da hele den ene ende af gaden er fyldt med de dyre forretninger. Selve hotellet er af udmærket standard. Værelset var helt i orden og badeværelset var stort og med badekar. Personalet snakkede rigtig […] godt engelsk og var meget behjælpelige! Vi bookede os ind fordi det var meget billigt. Dog var der ikke morgenmad med i prisen, men det var ikke noget problem da der både var bager og supermarked lige rundt om hjørnet. Vi valgte den sidste dag at købe morgenmad på hotellet. "Superbeliggenhed"
Art´Otel, Berlin er et fantastisk hotel til prisen. Burgerrestauranten Route 66 ligger lige bag hotellet, og der et stenkast til KuDamm. Morgenmad kan spises på konditorier i nærheden eller i Spar-supermarkedet, der har en lille afd. med bageri og borde/stole.
"Warholskt hotell i ett tryggt kvarter"
Häftiga inredningsdetaljer. Rummen var rena och fräscha, förutom att vårat rum luktade cigarettrök vilket inte är ok. Men annars får man mycket för pengarna.

"Tysk kvalitet"
Kom allerede 09.00 og forventede vi bare skulle smide taskerne for senere at få værelset. Værelset var dog klart så allerede der fik hotellet et plus. WIFI fungerede super. Rengøringen rigtig god. Værelset på størrelse med en lille Københavner lejlighed. Intet mindre end fedt fedt

Zimmer sind überschaubar wer ein grosses Zimmer benötigt sollte vielleicht überlegen nicht das Art Room zu buchen... Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen zum Ku Damm und dafür stimmt die Preisleistung. Supermarkt und nette Restaurants sind auch gleich um die Ecke.

Déco très Warhol donc sympa et pas too much Hôtel peu excentré car autour il y a seulement le métro U1 qui amène quasi partout Proche d'une énorme avenue ou il y a le célèbre Kadewé mais aussi toutes les enseignes internationales. Quartier plus international que typique Accueil à l'hôtel charmant et discret Un peu bruyant on a entendu tous les matins […] à 9h un chien aboyer ; la femme de ménage passé 9h... Les portes sont super top difficiles à ouvrir Les lits jumeaux sont un lit extra large avec deux couettes simples Je dormais avec ma filleule donc ça allait mais c'est bon à savoir... Hotelkamers zijn deels gemoderniseerd, wij hadden nog een verouderde kamer, jammer! onze vrienden hadden een gemoderniseerde kamer, prima. Bedden slapen perfect. met een prima ontbijt. algemeen zonder meer een aanrader.
酒店以安迪沃夫为主题，干净舒适，离地铁站不远，zoo一带的商业区皆可步行到达，十分推荐
"Отличный дизайн"
Восхитительный интерьер номеров, дизайн отеля прекрасен. Отзывчивый персонал. Находится не в самом центре, но до Александрплатц и главных достопримечательностей легко добраться на метро\автобусах. Рекомендую.
