This little hotel has location, location, location! It is less than 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, & Tempolo Adriano. It is about 15-20 minutes from the Coliseum, the Forum, and Vittoria Emmanuelle, around 25-30 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, and a half hour from the Vatican. Seconds away from the main artery Via Del Corso, you can’t get a better location for a more reasonable price. The front desk staff is wonderful and Tomosso in particular will not hesitate to recommend the best restaurants and tell you how to get to all the sites within Rome. He recommended fabulous restaurants and mapped out a walkable itinerary of sites daily for us. If you don’t care to walk, the hop on hop off bus is two minutes away. What really sets this hotel apart is the 5th floor outside deck with a panoramic view which is used for breakfast in the morning and a possible night cap at night. What a way to start and end a day. It was beyond gorgeous and really a delightful highlight to a memorable stay in Rome. The rooms are big enough to accommodate two easily and are clean and neat. The only difficulty I encountered was that I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi but instead used the downstairs computer. Some of the rooms on the upper floors are only accessible by a short stairway which is difficult with heavy luggage. Other than that, our stay was perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We did not get information that payment by card was not accepted. The breakfast was poor, bread from yesterday, cerials too sweet. The juice was more like lemonade than fruit-juice.

Had a great experience. Our triple room was clean and bed very comfortable, including pillows. 40 inch hd tv with all the sky channels with the options to switch to English language. Filled a form with time and choices for breakfast . Arrived on time and plenty of food. ( Italian style breakfast) . Front desk nice and helpful. Near American embassy, hard rock cafe' , villa borghese park( very nice!) . Would stay there again and reccomand it to friends and family

Room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed and there were no drawers in which to put clothes. The buffet breakfast, however, was outstanding and the location very convenient. Front desk staff could be friendlier. The room was much smaller than the photo for that level of accommodation

First of all, I'm American so I'm viewing this from my view. Hotel rooms very small (normal for Europe) Superb location - we were able to easily walk to everything! Marco the desk clerk was the highlight of our trip- customer service, directions, help, communication was all superior. "Great, central location"
The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, my room was by the stairwell, and so noisy in the mornings, but the other rooms are probably much quieter. I would recommend this hotel.
"Not for asthmatics"
First off, 'smoke free environment' is just an outright lie. There was an ashtray in my room full of smoke when I checked in. When I asked for another non smoking room, I was told they were all the same. Secondly, air conditioning is controlled at the reception desk, so you have to ask them to turn it on, which they only do very begrudgingly. They will […] turn it off on you too. Not only was my room smoky, stuffy, and hot, but the mattress smelled of mildew and there is an inch gap at the base of the hotel room doors, so you can hear absolutely everything going on in the common area on each floor all night, so its noisy. Service was hit and miss, one very bad experience, two very good experiences with staff. The prime location for this hotel is really the best thing about this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. It offers modest accommodations in an outstanding neighborhood - just a 5 min walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Everything is conveniently located, the staff is nice, they serve a complimentary breakfast, and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in a convenient location, the bed was comfy and room was clean. It is a very small place, not an American type hotel, so don't expect it to be. Room needed upgrading but the location was perfect. The cost was extremely high for what we expected. The beds were so hard. But the important thing for us was cleanliness and location and it filled both of those bills.

Great location, central to most of the historic sites. Very pleasant, accommodating and helpful staff. Rooms were quite tight, which encourages roaming the neighborhoods. Noisy early in the morning as the street sweepers go by and the city wakes up.

This hotel was perfect for a trip where you're gone all day and just use the room to sleep/shower etc. very quaint spot in the middle of Rome! Overall, this hotel was on par with the money I paid. I was happy with the service etc. but it is definitely a 3-star. The location is very central near the Corso and The Spanish Stairs just next the the bus station on the San Silvestro Square. The first night my wife and I stayed in a quite corner small room on the second floor. This room is was a bit noisy. The next day we were given a bigger, and less noisy room on the first floor. The location is perfect! just a few blocks to a subway station, and very close to piazza spaigna and fontana di trevi. Also, there are a lot of restaurants aroud it and during the day there is a lot of activity.

Given the location (close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon) this hotel is a bargain! The staff and friendly, the breakfast pastries are delicious and the room was small but perfectly formed. The only complaint I have is noise from the other guests (was that a cat or a baby crying for 2 hours straight?!) and some kind of parcel packing […] operation in the lobby outside our room (an old lady being noisy with a roll of sellotape outside your door puts a damper on romance!). Bra beliggenhet, og bra standard til prisen. Litt støy fra gata. Små, men hyggelig rom og artig liten frokostsal! Super betjening, som lagde nydelig cappuchino til frokost! Anbefaler, og kommer mer en gjerne tilbake!

Hotelli on pieni, huonet ovat pienet ja aamiainen hyvin pelkistetty. Käytävän äänet kuuluvat selvästi huoneeseen samoin liikenne (ikkuna kohti katua) mutta onneksemme muut hotellivieraat olivat hyvin hiljaisia. Palvelu hyvää ja sijainti erinomainen.

"Lite, sentralt og eksemplarisk service"
Hotellet ligger ekstremt sentralt, like ved Spansketrappene og gåavstand til alle severdigheter. Hotellrommet var ytterst lite, faktisk høyere enn det var bredt, men rent og koselig. Marco i resepsjonen var en attraksjon i seg selv, et symbol på god service og innstilling.

I vårt pyttelilla rum på våning tre (hissen går endast till våning två) trivdes vi bra. Frukostens sockerinferno lämnade lite att önska. Även om det är fantastiskt gott med wienerbröd blir man snabbt hungrig igen. Personalen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Men de lade nog på några euro (drygt 10) när vi förbeställde en taxi. "Taxin" som kom var sen […] utan skylt och utan taxameter. Det står taxis på torget så förbeställ inte är mitt förslag. Det var fräsht i rummet förutom ett spindelnät i duschen. 場所の利便性が最高です。スペイン広場を拠点にローマのあらゆる場所に行きやすい。加えて、ホテルの目の前にある小広場（サン シルヴェストロ広場）にタクシー乗り場があるのがgoodです。空港←→ホテル間の移動を心配せずギリギリまで観光できました。オーナーの男性も非常に親切、とても使い勝手の良いホテルです。

"Kjempebeliggenhet i hjertet av Roma!"
Hotellet ligger midt i hjeret av Roma med gangavstander til "alt"! Servicen på hotellet var kjempebra - helt upåklagelig! Når Roma skal besøkes neste gang bor vi selvsagt på San Silvestro!

"småt men godt"
Rigtig god og central beliggenhed. Pænt og rent. Overvejende venlig og høflig betjening Værelserne er små ligesom resten af hotellet. Meget lille morgenmadsrum (12 siddepladser). Der er lydt i hotellet og lidt gadestøj med åbent vindue. Alt i alt var det en overvejende positiv oplevelse at bo på hotellet.
