Lisa, concierge, was fabulous. The entire staff was polite and helpful. The area was peaceful and beautiful. It was a pleasure just relaxing outside. It is close to smaller wineries that were interesting and fun.

Very delightful! So comfortable, beautiful grounds, wonderful bed (in fact what kind of matresses do you use...room 110 Rose Area)? Close to town and restaurants. A perfect two night stay.

The hotel stay was wonderful regarding everything the hole could control. The environmental issues ( traffic noise) as the main road for St. Helena right next to rooms -woke us up wee bit too early on vacation.

The staff at Harvest Inn proved to have an impeccable client-service minded attitude. Upon check-in, we were greeted with options to upgrade our room if we wanted. The concierge provided dinner and winery recommendations. The Harvest Inn was truly an escape that exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

Great vintage charm & loads of character. Beautiful even in January. Room was very comfortable, bed was awesome, & newly updated restroom was beautiful. Hospitality was great, breakfast was too. Made you feel as though you were in a quaint village. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Gorgeous looking property in an idyllic location right next door to a winery - taking an outdoor hot tub experience two metres from the vines was quite an experience. Our room had an open fireplace that used fake wood logs which detracted a bit from the experience, but still very nice. Lovely room fit out, a very romantic setting for couples, although […] there also seemed to be plenty of happy family groups and conference facilities also looked appealing. Helpful, friendly staff. Only complaint was noise from an upstairs room running a bath late at night which doesn't sound much of an issue but it woke us up and kept us awake - a plumbing solution seems to be needed and the rooms have timber floors which may have added to the problem. My third stay at this hotel. This room was in the older section and closer to breakfast, much preferable. My only complaint is that the rates are extremely high. Unless you have to stay in the heart of Napa, don't. I recommend staying at the places in American Canyon and spend your extra money saved on wine!

We had a King room w/Fireplace and it was more than I could've hoped for. Cozy, welcoming, at home feel with excellent linens and down comforter and pillows. The grounds of the Inn are beautiful and relaxing too.

This hotel has a wonderful quaint and cute atmosphere. The breakfast service was excellent. We only stayed for one night, but definitely plan on staying here again next time we visit St. Helena.

This was such a cool place. My wife talked me into staying here on a recent trip to Napa Valley, I was pushing to stay in a Marriott so I could use points and therefore stay for free, but this place was well worth it. From the front desk to laundry staff - everyone greeted us with a smile and hello. They booked our wine tour and it was the greatest ever. We even extended our stay! The rooms are beautiful. The room registered 63 degree F. when we arrived and we had no luck raising it above 67 degrees. I followed all the directions inside and cover on the thermostat and even called the front desk. They made a few suggestions and suggested I call them again in 20 minutes if it was still not warm enough to suit us. I was unable to reach anyone at the front […] desk again. Check in was a nightmare. We, along with a few others, were ignored for more than 10 minutes. No acknowledgement whatsoever. One was on the phone, another ran downstairs to get the phone and said, "Cheryl with guest services". I almost laughed at the irony of the situation - she could take a call but not acknowledge us. Then a 3rd person came to the […] desk and apologized. Breakfast was like herding cats. They didn't have enough food. Enough bus boys to clean tables fast enough. Constantly out of 'something' whether it was juice, food - they didn't seem prepared for the guests they booked. Check-out was also a challenge and the person at the front desk said they'd been there '3 days only'. It was as if they gave a vacation to the more senior staff members and put the rookies on call. We couldn't have selected a better place to spend our 10 year wedding anniversary. We walked in to a bottle of chilled champagne and a nice handwritten note from the Harvest Inn.
