    The hotel is in disrepair and the air conditioner ran constantly, even when turned off, not to mention it was insanely loud.

    The maintenance man was a racist. The quality of the rooms was degrading, from the smell of decades old carpet to the decomposing leaky bathrooms. breakfast consisted of stale pastries and luke warm milk. We were moved a few times due to construction, and all three rooms smelled like pestocide. staff is sarcastic and unhelpful.

    Well it is an older facility but the room was clean and the carpet was clean. All I wanted was a place to spend the night for a business trip and it was fine. Very quiet and the yard was well kept. Good value for the $$$ spent.

    I got two rooms as we were attending my niece's graduation. The whole hotel was under renovation. We would have stayed somewhere else but all the other hotels were booked since it was graduation weekend. Even the manager offered not to charge if we found some other place to go. The manager wanted to spray the room for insects while my mother was in […] it. The Extended Stay Hotel fit my budget so I booked it. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a former Holiday Inn that is being refurbished. My room was clean and much to my surprise, […] it had a frig, microwave, coffee maker and TV. I had a room with 1 queen bed and it had a small sitting area. I was in town for a short time and I was pleased with my room. The hotel is not brand new and is not 5 star but for business travel or to make a short trip, it was perfect.     I went to bed and woke up in agony at 5:30 AM because the mattress I was sleeping on caused my inner parts to shift. It was just a gunny sac really, with no support. Couldn't go back to sleep.
