"Bello tranquillo, ma llontano dalla nigth life"
Albergo ben curato con bella vista sulla baia, peccato per la marea che non consente di godere appieno della spiaggia, ma servizio impeccabile e molta cortesia, che contarstano la osizione tranquilla ma decentrata rispetto alle maggiori attrazioni.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Kiva hotelli todella rauhallisella paikalla.
Overall good hotel with nice facilities. The location is really nice far away from the lively other resorts around Phuket. The service was not perfect and a lot of the staff lacked english skills. The pricing of some activities are also stupid, for example laundry service. However, we just used another place for our laundry which was very cheap and […] close by. The rooms are a bit old but they are spacious. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

My girlfriend and I, we’ve booked this resort from 12 to 15 august 2014. This resort is close to perfection you can get. The staffs here are very friendly. They provide you with the best service you can get. Despite having a language barrier, nothing is left unsolved. They will do their best to understand what you mean and answer your enquiries etc. The service here is great and efficient. I had requested for some things during my stay there and they had to check first before giving me the answer whether it is available or not. They told us to wait in our room and give them about 15 mins and they will inform us again. Not even 15 mins, they came to our room and inform us that the things we had requested for was ready. That is how efficient and sincere their service is. We really love this resort. It was quite sad that the 4 days past so fast. This resort is close to perfection. However, it is far from the main streets. So if you need any titbits or snacks in your room, you need to get them before you return back to your room. Once you are back in your room, it’s quite hard to get things you want. The resort does sell titbits and snacks, but there are only limited choices. Other than this, the resort is great. If you are looking for a short getaway and just to relax alone or with your partner, this resort is my recommendation. The sound of the beach and the peaceful environment, it’s lovely. Thank you PANWA BEACH RESORT team. You made our first holiday a great one.

Booked this resort from the 12 to 15 august 2014. This resort is close to perfection you can get. The people there are very friendly. Despite the language barrier we had, nothing goes unslove. They did their best to understand us and fulfill our needs. The service they gave was excellent and efficient. You dont hve to wait long if request for anithing. Even if you do hve to wait, you cn go back to your room and wait. They will come over to your room and update you on whatever request you made. I love this resort.. Its just that its far from the outside streets. So if you need to get any tidbits or snacks, you should get it before you return back to your room. Other than that, this hotel is perfection..
"We had our beach wedding here"
08/12/14 Lenly2014 Dallas, Texas, United States
We arranged/ booked for a wedding here with the Marco Polo management (its no longer being run by Marco Polo now). However, we had a very beautiful beach wedding here organized by Mr. Wirat, Mr. Yanis and the rest of the team. Everything was perfect. After the wedding we stayed in a room nearby the beach and Mr. Yanis offered us a dinner buffet for free. We are surely going to stay again here next time. Thanks again!
"Great value for money."

My husband and I loved our stay in this hotel. It is great value for your money. The staff is nice and friendly, always willing to help. The food is quite good. The pool is lovely and the view is fantastic. Rooms are clean. The little spa is fabulous and worth mentioning as I had one of the best massages I've ever had!! My spa therapist, K. Lek, was awesome. Friendly, attentive, nice, extremely professional and she did a fabulous job. Again, one of the best massages I've ever had!! It is worth noting that the beach where the hotel is located, is quite far from the main beaches and from all that comes with them (turists, bars and restaurants). We loved that! It is extremely relaxing and peaceful but if you are looking for lots of things to do, bars, music, etc., then this is NOT the place for you. This is a lovely place to get away from the noise and crowds. There are only 2 things we did not like: one is that the hotel pushes their guests to give good reviews. I think they should not do that, first because honestly they don't need to!! They do a fabulous job in that hotel and people will want to say it on their own. Second, because if there is something that is not good, then people should mention it so they can get better. The second thing we did not like but clearly it is not the hotel's fault AT ALL, is that the beach is quite dirty! So sad. We think the ocean washes out all the trash people throw away in other places because the entire beach is filled with trash, not only the portion in front of the hotel but also in front of the other properties. Not a complain at all but a suggestion to the hotel management would be to have their staff cleaning their portion of the beach regularly. This, however, did not spoil our stay there at all! We still hanged out by the beach, we still swam in the ocean we still had a fabulous time and we definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
After being moved to this hotel on the first night of our holiday due to an over booking at our original hotel, we were very happy with the customer service provided. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. This was particularly so of the General Manager, Kritchawat Kittipiroon who helped make phone calls and gave general advice. The hotel had lovely facilities and an amazing view but it has old looking rooms which let's it down. The hotel is situated in Cape Panwa and a car is definitely needed.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. You get what you pay for, a comfortable setting right on the beach. It is fairly far from most attractions in Phuket so bear that in mind when booking. It is a taxi ride away but can cost a fair bit if you frequent other locations. The hotel breakfast was good, what you would expect from this standard of hotel; it offered western and thai dishes.
"Not a too Bad Hotel for the price"
We stayed at this hotel from Januarry the 28th 2014 for almost a week. Our First room was a wet one and bad smelly. After a long discussion with the hotel reception (which were not very friendly) they put some herbs in order to dispel the odor. The buffet is medium but the chef "Ahemd" was a great person with some meal personalization (thanks to him). The sea view is nice except from 2Pm to 7pm (the low tide brings a sad picture). The hotel is far from the city center and the only way to go there is the hotel shuttle or the taxi (arround 350 bahts / way). We had some nice memories from Puket.

I booked the Panwa Beach 4 star resort over the Panwa cape 5 star resort on the advice of the vener booking agent for my fiancés 40th birthday (a surprise). I selected the best beach front room possible from Monday the 13th until 18th of July & then requested an extra night stay as our post booked flight would have us arrive at midnight on the 12th, at this time I was told by the hotel only a garden view room was available & believed the price quoted was a little high considering the price I was paying per night for the beach front room but reluctantly agreed as they would not negotiate. Our welcome greeting being so late was of course average but we were tired & glad to get to our room. Unbeknown to us at the time we had in fact been upgraded to a beach front ground level room which consisted of two single beds & a very old (unclean) bathroom but still thought the best of this seeing as we were moving rooms the next day. When we returned to reception to change rooms there was some confusion & we were told that was the room we had be spent the night in was our room for our entire visit, I think the look if shock on my face had enough effect that another better room was sorted??? which was the room I actually booked and paid for, so not a great start but still we were happy with the new room & optimistic. Overall our stay was pleasant though I felt the service was extremely poor & slow at times (especially happy hour when we'd only manage to order one drink each in the space of 2 hours). It appeared there were plenty of staff on not doing much at all apart from chatting amongst themselves. The food was good but expensive when tax of 17% was added to everything. The pool & games room a little tired but still very enjoyable. I enjoyed the complementary scuba diving lesson in the pool but only stumbled across this as another guest was insisting her daughter have this advertised opportunity. The stay came to a unpleasant bump in the road when we discovered our room was not locking & hadn't been for a number of days, the manager eventually appeared at our request as some small amount of money was unaccounted for. The manager was initially apologetic & mentioned he work out something in the way of compensation (which was not really the point) he did begin to frustrate both myself & my fiancé when he pointed out the small print on our sign in sheet about the hotel not being responsible for any guests personal belongings whilst they were in the hotel rooms - this infuriated my fiancé as he pointed out that this condition could only be adhered to if the hotel could guaranteed the electronic door lock actually worked! It all went a bit down hill from there & we really began to feel unwelcome so basically stayed in our room for the final day & evening. The compensation offered was half of the amount of money missing, again this was not the entirety of my complaint, service was lacking & even though I'd mentioned on previous emails that this holiday was a birthday present - not one person said happy birthday or asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. I told the manager that the 1850 THB wasn't that much money in Australian dollars to smooth things over but that I was disappointed with the service & he had the hide to laugh whilst agreeing this was not much money to an Australian & I should have complained about the service prior. This is not in my nature & the manager did not know our personal circumstances at all, to us every dollar does count but pride stopped me from saying so. I would not recommend this hotel based on the quality of finish inside & outside the rooms, service from all senior staff was poor & the location was not great but still good service would have made up for all of this. We will return to Phuket early next year wiser and pay more money for a 5 star hotel closer to the central tourist area and other more swim friendly beaches as the cost of travelling anywhere decent was over 1000 BTH per day & there's nothing that special about the Panwa Beach Resort that would keep you there day in day out. Working in customer service myself I know that going that little bit further for every client does not cost and returns 10 folds... Big lesson that the new Panwa Beach Manager must learn quickly. At least I came back with a good tan and enjoyed the shopping :)

After one night in our booked hotel in Karon beach which we hated we moved to this hotel. As we had such a terrible experience in our previous hotel we only booked a few nights here to start but the moment we arrived we decided to extend our stay for 11 nights in total. The hotel was lovely and clean and bright, staff so friendly and helpful and even when there was a language barrier they were so keen to help that we always found a way to communicate. We had a beach front room which we were upgraded to for free having only booked a garden view room. I would definitely recommend one. The whole of one side of our room was windows looking out at the beach which was at most 4 metres from the door!! It was lovely to open the curtains onto such a beautiful vista everyday. The breakfast was good though they sometimes ran out of popular items if you arrived towards the end of the serving time. The restaurant served a good selection but it was expensive in comparison to the nearby beach restaurants. We organised one trip through the hotel staff and booked a taxi with them to the airport and to take us on a trip to Big Buddha. This was well priced and in line with the amount charged elsewhere on the island. However there was a man who had a stall on the beach who would arrange transport at half the cost and trips and excursions or take people out for a boat trip at a much cheaper price. His English was not brilliant but again he was so friendly and keen to help that it was never a problem. There are a number of beachfront stalls selling tourist trinkets snacks massages and amazing fresh fruit smoothies for pennies very close to the hotel as well as a couple of restaurants. We ate in them every day. The food was amazing and insanely cheap and the same goes for the cocktails and Thai whiskey!!! The beach was lovely though admittedly tidal so you cannot swim when the tide is out because of some pretty huge rocks. Some people have said the rocks make it ugly but we have some beautiful sunset pictures with the tide out and the rocks add drama! The beach is on the edge of a large bay with boats coming and going on the other side, this can lead to rubbish washing up but overall the beach was clean. The pool overlooks the beach and is just as wonderfully warm if the sea is too far out and you need to take a cooling dip. This was a quiet hotel but if you are looking for relaxation I cannot fault it and you can always get a taxi to Phuket town which isn't far. I would definitely return.
"Nice comfortable hotel"

This place surprised us in a good way, so much so, we changed our stay from 1 night to 8. LOCATION: Right on the beach, gorgeous sunsets. You will need a cab/bike/car to get to stores and phuket. GROUNDS: Set nicely. When the tide goes out, the beach is ugly, but it can't be helped. Plan your ocean activities accordingly. AMENITIES: Very nice pool, public computer. There is a nice spa, but you can get massages on the beach for half-price through other parties too. ROOM: Basic rooms are gross and smell like urine. We upgraded to the beach front rooms, which are literally steps to the ocean. Rooms themselves are also dark and sparse, but the oceanfront location makes up for it. FOOD: Decent, and the italian food is good. You might want to try the local beach restaurants for thai...they are less than half the price of hotel food. STAFF: English isn't great, but they take care of their long stay guests just fine and that's appreciated.
