It worked well for what we needed we were in the room for only 6 hours. They also let you park your vehicle there for a small fee, while you are away on your trip. The hotel worked for us. We were staying one night before flying out early in the morning. It was dated but clean. About what I expected for the price. We were supposed to have a crib in our room when we arrived but I ended up going down to get it. I also had to lug it up to the 4th floor myself as there were no offers of help. We had to overnight and catch a flight in the morning, this served the purpose. The reception was great, and we had one minor issue with our hotel bedroom door called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. If we had another overnighter we would definitely stay again

Clean, pleasant & helpful staff, handy rent-a-car desk in hotel, easy parking, convenient self-serve breakfast, enjoyed the front door opening device when loading & unloading luggage. Beds were a little firm for my comfort. Not a big deal now, maybe later as I age !! Reasonable cost, a big deal for us.

Arrived at Edmonton airport at 11pm with my 4 year and 18month old kids, called the hotel for the shuttle. One hour later the shuttle had not come. After 1.5 hrs we took a cab as we had to be back at the airport by 5 am. At the hotel the young man said the shuttle had been running but it says Best Western on it. (Now having called more than 5 times […] asking for the shuttle, he surely could have mentioned that earlier.) Got ground floor room, windows were open, closed them but could not lock them. Bathtub was dirty and so was the carpet. Was probably better off sleeping on the airport carpet floor! Read more

Terrible customer service and the room wasn't cleaned properly. It is old and dated. There are other places in the same location so we'll go there before we give any more business to a Super 8 - especially this one.

The garbage was left from the last quest. This gave me un uneasy felling as to what else not cleaned? No remote. Had it not been very late I would generally been upset about the not being able to watch TV, without first returning to the front desk. Rooms and service are just as comfortable and comparable to the bargin motel a few doors away. The continental is, well, cheap. White bagels, eggos, toast, cereal and a couple of other things. Located in Industrial area very close to airport, allowing easy access. Hotel and room clean. Friendly and accomodating front desk service. Free water, fruit, and newspapers upon check in. Free use of computer/internet in front lobby, continental breakfast. Adequate value for our needs, and price.

We needed a stopover hotel and this was handy to the airport and offered a shuttle and free breakfast. Everything about the hotel was good until about 1am. The room was clean in general. The carpet was not clean. My 10 month old crawled around for a short time, maybe 1 hr and his knees and hands were very dirty afterward. Carpet cleaning is required. Otherwise the hotel was clean, friendly helpful staff and great to have a microwave and fridge in the room for bottles.

We arrived at about 8:45pm. We were greeted. We were given water and fruit. Later we requested and received decaffinated coffee. We requested a wakeup call at 4:00am, which we received. We were able to eat breakfast as it was served prior to 5:00am. The stay was very pleasant.

Our only disappointment was no pool, It isalso pet friendly. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The location - for what we needed - is very nice. The do, however, leave fruit and bottled water at the front desk 24-7. We stayed for four nights and we did not have any problems.

Clean, nice staff, but hotel getting a little rough around the edges. Very good location and great beds. Continental breakfast was not impressive - minimal and very little effort put into this item. Tim Hortons right in same parking lot, but when we chose the hotel based on the continental breakfast being included we weren't all that impressed.

We used this hotel for a brief overnight stay as a layover point waiting for connecting flights out of Edmonton. It is not a terrible hotel but I would not stay for extended visits here. I think that the overall condition of the building and it's facilities could use some attention. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Check in was easy, but room carpet was dirty, had to wear shoes or ruin socks...bad with a 4 yr old. As well doors and walls thin heard noise from 2 rooms away that would normally not be heard. During night very noisy and no help from front desk as people coming and going shouting all night, we were on second floor and could hear noises from lobby so […] they had to hear the racket on our floor as much yelling done from elevator. This hotel was not very comfortable. The beds were not clean. The site said complimentary parking, but when we got there we were infpormed we would be charged and there was no security. We were not impressed with this hotel at all.
