Nice bedding, doors open to the parking lot versus into an interior hallway. Looks a bit cheap from the outside but is quite nice on the inside.

We stayed in this hotel for my son't BMT graduation and overall the room was very clean and tidy. I did call the hotel front desk about the lighting over the sink that was very dim and asked would they be replacing the light and the young lady stated she would get maintenance but no one ever responded or came to the room to check it out. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Very clean room but the beds are unconfortable...

The hotel room was old. The coffeemaker did not work; the toilet was loose and would tilt when you sat on it. The staff did fix it but when we arrived back to the room, we were told it would just be a half hour more and they took over two hours to fix it, all while we had to wait outside, wet from our trip to Sea World. I will not be staying there again.

Old, but very clean and maintained, good value.

The A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. The staff had nothing to offer. No spare rooms, no maintenance, not even a fan. We were exhausted the next day. It ruined our vacation weekend.

the hotel is in a great location for all of the places we went.

Clean really close to the highway and sea world. would stay again.

Hotel was not very up to date, had old feel to it. Restroom over flowed with no toilet paper in it. Roomed was called non-smoking room but you can smell the smoke from previous uses as a smoking room. "Yuck"

I was very happy with the customer service, the room's cleanliness and the pool i will come back again.

My husband and our 2 teens stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We stayed there to be close to Seaworld. The location was fine. The maid service was terrible. The only thing they did do for the room was to make the beds. They did not clean it or take out the trash. I have never stayed in any motel where they did not clean it.

Not much to look at on the outside, very nice on the inside. Soft, clean bed and a nice pool. Short drive to seaworld and many places to eat. The mall, and Wal Mart were a short drive away for last minute vacation items. Well worth the price.

the room was very clean, pool area very enjoyable. breakfast service was very good as well as the help from hotel worker at breakfast. close to seaworld took about 4 minutes. great for what we needed.

I have to say that the outside appearance of the hotel was a little underwhelming. To my surprise, the courtyard/pool area and room was quite nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy. The location is a little confusing getting there because of 410, but there are a lot of places to eat, its close to the mall and about a 5 minute drive to Seaworld. There are a few things that I did not care for. I did not like my non smoking room next door to a smoking room, they need to be on opposite sides of the hotel, the deluxe continential breakfast needs vast improvement (ie, fruit, bacon, eggs...)Also quick check out would be nice (leave key in room & go). Overall it was a good value for the money,(not 5 star), but I would stay again.

room was nice, for the little time your in your room, the price for it was worth it. Breakfast was good, pasteries were dry, good selection of other items, that come w/hotel stay :)would stay again, close to sea world, and other entertainment.

My main concern was how clean the room is and this one was very clean, other things were just fine but nothing super, I know for what I have paid I could get something better but this was just fine.

The hotel was very cheap in price but our room was nasty. The floors were dirty, used soap left on the sink and in the shower. It made me wonder if they changed the sheets. Not that tv is a big thing but all the channels were fuzzy. Staff was very nice, but the maids need to know what their job is.

I would not recommend this hotel to any one. When I first showed up they messed up my reservation. It was in a semi decent location. When they came to straighten up the room the following day they didnt take out the trash, empty ashtrays in room and pick up any dirty towels. Talked to front desk and they said its not the maids job to do any of that. Overall review of hotel I would give this hotel a half star.

Our stay was very enjoying for me and my family. We really loved the pool although it was kind of cold we still had fun.I will go back to this hotel soon...:)

We requested non-smoking rooms, however upon opening the hotel door, we were overcome with smoke. They even included ashtrays in the rooms, with ashes! The toilet overflowed during our stay and the hotel was thoughtful to have a plunger right next to the toilet. The breakfast buffet was okay - our kids loved it. However, many hotels offer complimentary breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it. There are many nice, new hotels within one mile of this location. Keep searching!

We checked in the day before we went to sea world and it was the perfect hotel for what we needed. Just a place to sleep and have a continental breakfast. It was very nice and didn't need to contact the staff for anything. Coffee was good and the breakfast included something that each of us would like. 2 adults, a 8 year old girl and 4 year old boy are not always easy to please.

Nice clean room. Big bed and shower. Room was very clean. Only drawback was road construction all around.

the shower valve was leaking continuosly and not possible to stop leak.

i would not necessarily recommend for a holiday but for business or a stop over it is perfect. Clean, large rooms. nice continental breakfast, swimming pool for the nice weather, free car parking and internet, decent selection of tv channels.

Although this hotel states that they do not accept pets there seemed to be people who sneak in their animals, specifically dogs. Our room smelled of wet dog and we debated whether the sheets were cleaned or not. The breakfast was satisfactory and the location to seaworld was great!

We had a suite with two beds, The room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We are very pleased for the price.

I have stayed at a more expensive hotel but received less for my money. If you didn't know, hotels are expensive around San Antonio. If I return, I am sure I will stay here again.

Overpriced

The Hotel in itself wasn't bad. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel wasn't in a good location, because the last night that we stayed somebody tried breaking into our vehicle and damaged it.

People very friendly. Room clean! Only complaint was A/C didn't cool room as much as would like.

This is most likely a 1950's hotel. They have tried to keep it in decent shape, but it is still old. There are much newer nicer hotels in the same area for approximately the same price.

Great A/C, clean room, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice but I didn't like that the hot tub by the pool didn't work. The Hotel didn't advertise that there was one but in the picture it looked like there was one. When I arrived it was a hot tub just not functional. Why don't they put in bigger bathtubs? Something they should change. Small bathtubs are common in most hotels I've stayed. The few that do have big tubs, have big prices. This was reasonably priced but it would be more comfortable with a deeper tub.

Room was very clean. Hotel staff were good. Check in and out was very smooth. A little more expensive than what I expected. Overall experience was good.

The staff was professional and pro-active in asking if they could help or if we needed service. The room was clean. The hotel was located close to SeaWorld and there were many resturants, discount stores and other shops to purchase items during the trip. The exercise room was fine but one of the bikes needed repair. The swimming pool was very well maintained. We had an issue with the bathroom sink water faucet providing warm water even though we turned the faucet to cold. Overall, it is a good place to stay with great service personnel and an overall good value.

I had been shopping around for days for a great price. Found this one close to Seaworld. Very surprised. Actually very clean and COMFORTABLE. The one thing I can complain about is that when you make reservations thru Hotels.com you ARE NOT guaranteed a non-smoking room, even if you request it. We were put in one, and it smelled AWFUL, but they were able to move us and told us that to guarantee a non-smoking in the future, to actually make it thru the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was great. Very prompt with clean towels and more pillows, even at 11:00 at night!!

Its not much to look at from the outside but it was clean and well kept. I guess its proof that newer is not always better. There are newer hotels in the area but we did not stay there.

This is close to Sea World (a great bonus),and had a decent breakfast. (Waffles, eggs, etc). However, there were peanuts on the floor on the edge of the bed.... The pool area is very pretty, however, our room was in a separate building from the main building and the pool, breakfast area, and lobby were a little bit farther than we would have preferred. All in all, it was ok, however, I paid 25% less at a different hotel in San Antonio just two days previous and received much better for the money.

The room was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful. The complementary breakfast was crowded, but kept well stocked and didn't run out of food. I'd definitely go there again.
