In fine print on cards it tells u if u want fresh linen and towels to place card on bed and hang other on bathroom door if not they dont give u clean ones they just remake bed its supposed to b "green" and to just reuse towels and handtowels unless between guests no pool lights just patio. The lady at the desk, upon check-in, was completely rude and uncaring. I had two rooms reserved and one of them smelled highly of some chemical. When I complained, she seemed to not care. This is one of the nastiest hotels I have ever paid to sleep in. There were people sitting outside the rooms and smoking everywhere. The smokers included the hotel staff. Not very considerate. The rating of 2 in much too generous.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly on the beach. Stores and restaraunts are within walking distance or you can take the free trolley. Have stayed twice within the year and throughly enjoyed each visit.

We booked with Hotels.com and asked for a Oceanview Room with four exta pillows. I asked the booking person two times to make sure it was a Oceanview room and they said YES. When we checked in it was not a Oceanview room, but I paid the difference and got the room. However, after asking twice after being there for extra pillows, we never got them.The […] room had hair on the floor in the bathroom. The bedspread had soil places on the back of the spread. Carpet was loose from the dressing room to the bathroom and the carpet was not clean. We had gone to the beach and took sand off our sandals and left them next to the door so NO sand would be tracked in. The next day the maid did not even move our sandals to vacumn under them. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall next to the bottom of the floor. When we opened the drawers under the television to store some items, they smelled very bad and shut them immediately. The commode needs adjusting because when you set down it shifts to one side.The view was nice and the breakfast was sufficient and plenty of variety. I feel if more attention was given to the maintenance of the room and spraying the drawers then the room would be attractive and more pleasing to the customer. We would love to come back to your Hotel but would like to see these items fixed so our stay will more pleasant. I hope this will help you maintain the quality of the Days Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing was on this website it stated check-in was 3pm it was actually 4pm. But they had places to change and told us we could go to pool or beach & would call when room was ready.

Several of my kids and grandkids arrived after a LONG drive to be greeted by warm and helpful desk staff ..they changed my room to a first floor for a health reason..I was really surprised with that kindhearted gesture..thanks to all of you..and honestly the breakfast is generous, varied and yummy..best Days Inni in the USA!!!!!..A+++++++

The room was dirty and over priced. The pools were crowed the beach was dirty with litter ! The rooms were over priced. I will never stay in a days inn again ! The coffee pot was not cleaned dirty towels and sheets ! It was the only hotel on the beach that wasn't booked ! If you have the option spend the extra money for a nice hotel !
