When I checked in, I mentioned the rebate hotels.com was offering for booking this hotel. I was advised that promotion ended one day before. So, I had to straighten that out with Hotels.com; Friday night at midnight someone pulled the hotel fire alarm (pesky kids), but that could have happened anywhere. Breakfast was good - they had an omelette station, plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Staff were nice, friendly, and helpful with directions.

"reminded me of a red roof inn"

hey, I stayed at a courtyard before and this didn't seem like it...it reminded me of a red roof inn...and that's not saying much! Just because you paint an accent wall doesn't make it modern! Internet sucked! Not worth money...disappointed.

It's by the noisy freeway so be sure to ask for a room opposite the freeway side. They were nice enough to move us to a better room only after we saw our first room. They said it was in the middle and quiet but was 1 room away from the freeway. Overall, happy they were able to move us to the other side. Great room for the money!

"Comfy Hotel for one night stay"

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, and my experience started out really well. The room was very attractive and the layout is very convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly. One complaint that I had was trying to find out how to get to the hotel from I-10. I had directions from mapquest that had really thrown me off, but once I found the hotel, I looped around the area so many times until I found International Blvd, which is the backroad way to get to the hotel. The second complaint I had was that the tub started flooding while I was showering, so fast that I had to spend so much time holding the drain up. I wasted so much time doing this that I was late getting to the airport that morning. Other than that, I'm sure not all the rooms are like that, might have just been unlucky. I would still consider staying there again.

I'll stay there again. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. Floor wasn't sticky. TV was in an odd place, wasn't directly facing the bed, thats about the only thing wrong.

The hotel staff was very courteus, helpful and very friendly. The room was clean & comfortable, even though the layout was a little cramped. The towels were not soft or fluffy. The maint man had to come to adjust the shower handle so the water would get past luke warm. He came quickly & happily made the adjustment. There was no thick comforter on the bed. All in all it was a nice room, but nothing fancy or spectacular. Oh, there also were limited tv channels. However, the breakfast bar was superb. The fruit was fresh, omelets delicious & it had alot of variety.

very clean hotel. great access to freeway, but not for family vacations. pool was small, not a lot of parking, and was located in run down area. The hotel it's self, was very clean and we had no problems. this hotel would be great for business travel.

The hotel was great. We had no problems with anything whatsoever. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure our visit was problem-free. The food could've been better, but there were plentyof restaurants in the area. So overall my stay was outstanding.
