I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with Hampton Inn that I wanted to share my delight. From the moment I went in to the moment I left the staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Free parking, free wifi and free breakfast was a deciding factor for me. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn location in Ft Lauderdale.

Breakfast was awesome. Cable in the hotel only had 4 channels. Told front desk about the problem and the maintenance guy said he would contact them. Two and a half days and only 4 channels. They didnt get back to us on a solution. And Hampton supposedly prides itself on 100% customer satisfaction. Not this time.

I have stayed at this hotel before and always had a good experience. This time, not so much. My room was never cleaned and I had to call the front desk to have them come and take care of it. Morgan at the front desk was great! We even had the poor Maintenance Man come to the room at 9pm because we couldn't figure out the Air Conditioner. ATTN FUTURE GUESTS: If you can't get the A/C to come on, flip the switch UNDER the unit that is under the window. It's a quality Hampton with friendly staff. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy with curious people hanging out around the hotel. But the parking is secure with a gate and The guest room floors are secure. Only 10 minutes from the beach and the same from FLL airport. Thumbs up!

it was ALMOST a 10!!! The only thing that I would like to see added is a scale to weigh baggage before flying to make sure that all purchases do "go over". Other than that, PERFECT!! Breakfast was great!

It met our requirements for a one night stay. I am not sure of I would have enjoyed staying longer. The halls were very hot though the room was comfortable. There is a swimming pool outside. They have a private parking garage which was very convenient.

The rooms were filthy my room number 315 had leaks on the walls behind the bed. The fridge broke while we were there. The parking garage entry in is too narrow for the car to turn. Breakfast eggs were old and stale. Tasted rubbery and very dry. Carpet in room very dirty.

This is a very well maintained Hampton Inn. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is within easy walking distance of Las Olas and Riverfront. Wifi, breakfast, and free parking make this one of the best deals around. I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The only negatives are the parking […] lot being extremely hard to navigate. Don't even thinking about bring an SUV. On the last stay there were beer cans in the hot tub and a broken light fixture which almost cut my foot. There was chewing tobacco floating in the pool. This was about 3pm in the afternoon when I arrived. I reported it to the front desk and they responded right away. Walking around this area at night can be scary. Although I've become more accustomed to the vagrants in this area. They are everywhere in Ft Lauderdale and usually leave you alone. I always take a cab at night just to be safe. The room has a safe so I felt comfortable leaving my valuables. The hotel has security cameras which they monitor from the front desk. Although I did see some people wandering around the lower garage I think they might have been waiting for the house keeping staff. Read more

This hotel is not in the greatest location. My family and I only stayed one night before our cruise however. No resturants onsite, we had to walk 3 blocks to the rearest eatery and the entire street was not the friendlyiest for children. The hotel is across the street for an abandonded bldg where the homeless sleep outside. Would not recommend.
