Was perfect place to stay. The bed was not comfortable but for the money what can you expect.

My wife and I spent 2 nights here. For the money, this place is a great value. No frills, large room, not plush, but decent. Room had kitchen. If you need to stay for multiple nights for not a lot of cash, this place works fine. Close to mall, Walmart, multiple eateries.

We stayed at Crestwood one night. Reserved a Queen size suite and had our small dog with us. I thought we would have a Queen size bed, but it was a full bed and mattress was not comfortable. Our dog started itching so much we had to buy benadryl for him. Not saying he got ticks while we were at the hotel, but that is when he started itching. The next […] day his bed had hundreds of ticks the size of a pin head on it & him. It has been challenging to get them off and get rid of them. Very friendly staff. Felt very secure and safe. Loved the easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. I must add that our dog, Boogie, absolutely had a ball . Wish we could have stayed a couple of more nights. Very well lit parking lot. Definitely recommend to friends or travelers Very affordable.

Stayed here one night to see the doctor the next day. Checked in around midnight and the room was nice and clean although kind of small, it had a stove, micro wave, kitchen sink and coffee maker. The guy next door had his tv up so I could hear it so I called the front desk and asked for another room. Manager said sure and I got a room on the first floor […] away from the highway and best of all quiet. When I finally laid down I sprawled out on a very comfortable sealy posturepedic firm mattress that did wonders on my back and I didn't have back pain like I do from my mattress at home. Nice neighborhood only about 2 miles from my appointment, I definately reccomend this hotel and would stay there again anytime. Read more

I arrived in the hotel late evening, sick and exhausted by the long trip. I rated the hotel service as 1, because my only positive interaction with it was checking -in. My room was the filthiest I have ever been to. The blanket was covered with balls of hair and dirty shoe prints all over it. The sheets seemed alright but just a few minutes after I […] lied down, I had to get up and put few layers of my clothes on, as something was biting me and my whole body started itching. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. Between the filthy room and bed bugs, the noisy neighbors above and next to me, I could get 3 hours of sleep. I stopped at this hotel few months ago and everything was alright. If you decide to stay in it, carry your own sheets and towels, and book a room on the 3rd (last) floor, so noone parties on top of your head if you try to sleep. I would never book this hotel again. The hotel is in need of a renovation, as it seems dingy in the hallways. But all else is positive. The room was clean. I arrived on one of the bhottest days of the year, so it took the AC awhile to kick in, but it cooled off during the evening. We only stayed the one night but found the room very large and comfortable. I wouldn't have an issue with an extended stay. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were a little firm for my liking but that's just personal taste. Crestwood is located about 1/4 mile from the other major hotels housing spectators for "Road to the Horse." We enjoyed having Wi-Fi and a small kitchen area that had a stove and microwave. The room was spacious, beds comfortable but the towels were extremely thin and rough. The price was right and we would stay there again.

I stayed at this Hotel for one night, the smoke alarm kept going off when I turned on the heater. I had to choose between freezing or hearing the smoke alarm go off all night. So, I turned the heater on to warm the room, after 30 minutes the smoke alarm would go off again. Off and On all Night....when morning came I got up and began to prepare for work […] to realize that my room did not have hot water. Spoke with Susan at the front desk about my problem and I was told that I need to take my problems up with hotels.com and that it was nothing that she could do about it. With the smoke alarm going off all night and NO hot water for a shower, I have to say this is the worst place I have ever stayed. My reservation was for three rooms, all with king beds. Upon check in they had three rooms with full beds, no kings available. The clerk took several minutes but was finally able to "upgrade" me to three queen size rooms. One room was smoking as requested but the room was nasty. The smell was like old food and the couch had cigarette burns and stains. […] I wanted to get an extra sheet to cover it with so we could sit on it but there was no clerk available at the desk to get one from. The other two rooms were did not smell as bad. The kitchen cabinets in all three rooms were sticky with grime and we had to wash the "clean" coffee cups before we could use them. There is no daily maid service so if you want clean towels you have to take the used ones to the front desk and exchange them for clean ones. The model room on the first floor does not represent the guest rooms at all. I would not recommend this hotel, it is an extended stay but I would not go back even for a night. The location is good but thats the only positive thing about our stay. Read more

While we were pleased w/the room rate, the unbelievably bad mattress, the paper thin towels, the less than welcoming desk clerk and the non-functioning stove top proved to be less pleasant. The room was clean and the plumbing worked beautifully and it was convenient, so maybe that's where we should just leave this commentary.

The loveseat in my room was so dirty that I had to get an extra blanket from the front desk to cover it. The television and comforter on the bed were extremely outdated. The wash cloths were thin and badly worn. The hotel needs a great deal of upgrades and renovation.
