Arrived at the hotel in the evening. The hotel looked nice from the outside but did not apper to be very well maintained on the inside. The sheets appeared to be very grungy looking as if they were not changed from the previous guest. I had a non-smoking room but could smell smoke inside the room.

Was not worth the nightly rate. I could definitely get a cleaner room for that place. The room smelled funny. There were dirty towels left by elevator for whole day. Almost everything in the hotel was worn out and shabby!

We had to drive four hours to Nashville to look for a new apartment. We're not picky and I was honestly just looking for the cheapest hotel possible that also allowed pets, since we couldn't leave our dogs alone overnight. The woman at the front desk was extremely efficient and it was the quickest and easiest check in to date. The room was less than […] impressive, but I knew what to expect. The air conditioner may as well have been off, as it did nothing to cool the room down. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking, but I could still smell cigarette smoke on the furniture and the duvet. Within minutes of being in our room, a man and a woman were right outside our window screaming and yelling at one another, but I honestly found that amusing more than annoying. The bed was awful, but not unexpected. We may have gotten two or three hours of sleep that night. The bottom line is this: If you just need a cheap place to spend the night so you don't fall asleep at the wheel and are interested in boosting your immune system, this hotel fits the bill. The sheets were dirty as well as the rest of the bedding. There was mold on the shower curtain and the toilet was back up and over flowing from the last guest that had to stay at this place.

We booked our stay online and the pictures of the hotel look decent and the price was reasonable. Upon arrival the stench of the hotel was very overwhelming. We had a late check in and didn't get there until around midnight, so we decided to try and "tough it out" until the morning. I was very displeased with the hotel. The staff was friendly but the hotel itself was in poor condition--ratty, dirty carpet; small rooms, dusty floors; clogged drains; poorly lit. My room was cramped and when I turned on the AC, dust bunnies flew out of the vents. When I took a shower, I was standing in an inch of water. I wasn't expecting a lot for the cheap rate but this hotel was missing a lot of the basics of cleanliness. The toilet was dirty, the floor was sticky. And some of the basic advertised features did not work or were only marginal in quality. First of all, the entry doors on side and north end were borken, so anyone could just walk in. Also, we called the front desk (took 3x to get an answer) and asked for 2 extra pillows. They were gonna check, but 15 min later, no call back. Finally called back and they were able to give us only one. When I entered the hotel, i notice that the lobby was clean and odor free. I went straight to the front desk and was greeted with a smile and professional handling. The cleck had all the information available and ready. I received my room assignment, tv listing and there was any concerns to contact the front desk. The room was clean and neat.

Extended stay hotel attracts some less well behaved patrons, staff takes on a stiff, sometimes rude demeanor, but overall provides a comfortable stay. Room amenities include stove, microwave, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, etc. Also near a variety of eating and shopping locations.

I should say that I'm not very picky about hotel rooms; as long as they are clean, I'm not going to complain that I didn't get a luxury suite for what I paid. For that amount, though, I would expect the hotel to not smell like cigarettes and broccoli (with the exception of my last night, when my room inexplicably smelled like bacon: a welcome change). […] As far as noise goes, I was okay because I'm a moderately heavy sleeper, but the air conditioning and the mini fridge both made very loud and somewhat disturbing noises. The walls are thin and people are allowed to bring dogs (I'm assuming this because there were dogs, and loud ones), so be warned if you are a light sleeper. Best price value for suite size room during CMA festival days and convenient location. However, bad smell in hallways and room. Carpeting needs replacement or good cleaning. Cannot walk in room without shoes. Couch and chairs should also be replaced.

The Room Smelled to Mildew and Smoke and the hotel itself was not well kept up. It served it's purpose as a place to sleep but if I had to spend any more time there I would have moved Hotels. The Staff were not friendly and more concerned with their smoke breaks than with assisting Guests.

This place it definitely not the Ritz but for $50 a night on the weekend it was well worth it. I stayed here the weekend of the Nashvile Marathon and it was way cheaper than anything else. The common areas were a little dirty but the room was good and I got what I paid for.

My room was comfortable for the most part and it was clean. I would have liked to have had tissues in the bathroom and a refrigerator that didn't wake me up kicking off & on.
