Very good location and good price. I check in at 2AM, the desk was close but I can call the night attendant. He is very nice. Everything else was ok for me.

stuff i didn't like: i couldn't get lotion in the morning. the carpet was dirty and i couldn't walk bare foot. Stuff i did like: the staff was very nice.

The staff is not very friendly. The room was not clean at all. There was something on/in the dishes provided for our use. I rewashed them. You could see dust everywhere. The full size fridge and coffee pot was a plus for us but they do not provide any ice machines on the property what so ever. If travelling with children i would not recommend as there is NOTHING for them to do. No pool etc...The surrounding area is industrial although if you make a right out of the hotel there is a mall a nice mall and lots of places to eat. With a super Walmart, Kmart and a Target all within a few miles

my stay was cut short due to the overwelming smoke that filled the air cigarette burns all over the couch and bed

great hotel would definitely recommend to others, would stay again next time i visit orlando...

i only stay 1 night there,was near airport and like the fact that they offer full kitchen in reality -all dishes, faucet handles,was greasy, very dirty inside and greasy outside coffemaker,dirty walls in bathroom, dirty bathtub and shover curtains,bad insulation in walls!,"the warm wellcome" that i received from night manager upon checking -it was telling me that he is highting something! Do yourself a favor,Stay somewhere alse for extra$20

You get what you pay for. The hallways smell like pet urine, the front desk closes at 8:00 so if you need extra towels make sure you get them before the desk closes. The room was big. It had a small kitchen. No pool.

#1 suggestion: If you need a nonsmoking room, call the hotel before you book a room & verify one is available. We requested nonsmoking and ended up on the third floor, which is the designated SMOKING floor. The smell and smoke in just the hallway alone was HORRIBLE, and we had to be moved. The overall appearance of the third floor seemed much dirtier too. Other than the smoke issue, our room was pretty decent, and had a full kitchen and sleeper sofa. It was probably the best we could have gotten for the money. We would stay again at the hotel, as long as we could be on the first or second floor.

Full size fridge, had pull out sleeper, stove, microwave. Complete room wished it had less dust bunnies on floor and bed wasn't so hard. Good value overall.

First advertised HBO and Cinemax which they don't have. Got there at 8pm office was closed had to wait 30 min in the cold cause we were locked out for a night manager, which he was really creepy. Bedroom door did shut but did not lock, latch was broken. Bathroom door would not shut at the way. Can hear everything outside noise, people stomping, traffic, did not sleep at all. Really nasty looking once you get there really upset with stay. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!

SERVICE, HOUSE KEEPING, NIGHT CHECK OUT, CONDITIONS OF THE ROOM,WERE VERY POOR! THE BEDS ARE VERY UNCONFORTABLES, THE LOCATION IS BAD! I LEFT BEHIND A BRAND NEW BOTTLE OF WIND ON TH REFRIGERATOR, AND FEW OF MY BELONGS,WENT I WENT BACK TO COLLECT THEM 30 MINUTES LATTER, NOBODY TELL ME WERE THEY WERE AT, STAFF WENT THERE AND TOOK THEM...!! AND FRONT DESK DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

To say that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone would be a little misleading because I’m sure this place has its use for some, but I will never stay there again even at that low rate. To start off with, when I first got there they had me in the wrong room; I asked for a single queen but they had me in a twin bed room. So I had to lug all my stuff back down to the lobby to get another room, which turned out to be right across the hall from the room I was initially given. So I had to lug all my stuff back up to that room. Aside from the place being unappealing and just an overall feeling and smell of low class, I later discovered they put me on a smoking floor even though I requested a non-smoking. All their hotels may not be this way but this one is certainly not like what they showed on the website. Anyway, I went down to the front desk that night to complain about the cigarette smoke coming into my room only to find that they pulled down this garage door type enclosure at the front desk. I have never seen anything like this at any hotel I have been to. Oh, and another thing it’s small but I think it is important. This hotel has no ice buckets. They only have ice trays in the freezer so as soon as you get here you better fill them up if you think you will need ice. It is also ironic that you hear them say so much about how clean their hotels are but that was not true for this location. Just walking through the hallways I got the feeling I was in some cheap raunchy hotel. There is more I could say but I just did not enjoy my stay at this place.

I would recommend to someone who needs a quick stay like we did but, even with a quick stay I expect a room to be clean and neat at all times. When we got there, the room was a nice size..couch was dusty, the bathroom only had one large towel big enough to dry off when there was two of us, shower curtain wasn't clean. When we turned back the sheets to go to bed the sheets had holes in them. When we travel, we like to get up early before traffic gets hectic, we made it to the front office at 8am to turn in the key and no one was there. This is the first time I've ever been to a hotel that didn't have a front desk manned either 24/7 or early in the morning. There was no drop box and I called the number on the phone outside which went to a Sprint voicemail. We ended up just leaving the key in the room so we could hit the road.

The hotel was somewhat comfortable even though it is an older building. The floor in the bathroom sunk in a little bit and shower could have been a little more cleaner. The room had a full kitchen which came in handy. The wireless internet was free! The staff was friendly and the building seemed very secure. You could not get in w/o your key card. Free parking and enough of spaces. One problem...If traveling w/ pets you might have to be on the third floor but the fee is fair. I would have liked the 1st floor. Makes it easier when you have to taken them out. If your not on the top floor, you can hear if some one is running upstairs. One thing I didn't like was that fact that when we got there, the check in counter was closed. The security guard... aka night manager checked us in. Also...the room that was reserved online was not the room we were given so the security guard had to fix that as well. The location is near a shopping plaza w/ 24 hour Walmart which was nice. Close to the attraction I was interested in going to. Location is 5 minutes from the mall and the Olive Garden. In addition, the hotel was easy to find. I would stay here again for the price!

The hotel was nice for what it was. The room had a full fridge, reclining sofa, stove, and counter top. I enjoyed how the room came with plates, cups, and pots. The only thing is if you are staying there on the weekend the hotel doesn't give room service its only weekly, but you can go to the front desk and ask for towels. Also, the front desk closes early. The one thing I would change is the bed, it looked more like a full size than a queen and the bed wasnt too comfortable.

My only thing was that the hotel was nothing like what we saw on the website! Luckily it was very quiet and ok for the weekend we stayed. I might stay again, but only if no other hotels are available. Thank you.

The room was pretty dritty and the shower curtian had mold growing on it. You can hear and be heard from the surrounding rooms.

This hotel is suited for budget travellers staying extended durations but not planning to spend a lot of time in the room itself. I found the hotel at par with a Homestead kind of suite, but with more security with indoor corridors and key-card accessible entrance. The suite was reasonably big with all the promised facilities. Housekeeping is once a week or so, so towels are not refreshed regularly. I guess we can pickup towels when required from the front desk (open till 8pm ONLY!). The corridor smells a bit wierd but inside the room it's fine. Best part is its location. Right behind a shopping center, it has easy access to Walmart Supercenter and a bunch of food joints. The local attractions, especially Seaworld and Universal are within 5-6 miles. Though the name says Disney Orlando, this hotel is a bit far from Disney World. There is plenty of parking and the staff was courteous.

I booked this hotel as I thought it would be a big one with 140 rooms. But facilities provided were not at all good. Bed was of very cheap quality not at all comfortable. Please don't go by what is shown in pics. There is absolutely nothing in Vicinity. But is near to Universal and Sea World. But u need a place to rest comfortably when u are tired after your visit to Universal or Sea World. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Its a nice, clean hotel. staff is cooperative, rooms are clean. Near to Universal and only 8-9 miles from Disney. Though this hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has a kitchen in the suit.

This hotel makes you feel at home. It is close but far away enough of the crowds of the Disney/Universal Studio crowds. It was our first time in a suite and it was well kept. I would definitely recommend it and will make sure to stay in this chain of hotels again.

My resevation was for two queen size beds and when I got there they did not have any so they "upgraded" me to a king however it was two beds put together. And it was a handicap room. The room was clean and it is a basic suite hotel, nothing special but for the price it was good. The problem I kept having is with my keys they would either time out on me or if your phone or car keys got close to them they would demagnatize! They did not tell me this and I was locked out twice due to this. But the security man Don was outstanding, great guy and was very helpful!! I would stay here again due to the price and the location.

For starters, I live in Orlando so I was just getting a room for some my friends to stay. The room was great, they had everything to my specifications and the little kitchenette is just darling. If your going to be in town for awhile and want to save money on food cost. It has everything that you need too, dishes, pots and pans all of that. My only complaint is that this hotel is nowhere near disney world. Its not even close to I-4, there for the name is quite misleading. If I were a tourist and were trying to navigate my way from here to Disney it might be a bit hard to find. It is at least close to Universal Studios. There is a Walmart down the street and a major shopping mall.

I could stand that it was dumpy, and the neighborhood wasn't the best, I could even stand the smell and how uncomfortable the beds were, what I could not accept was the toilet being shut off due to the fact that the chain and plunger were missing, we had to stuff a plastic bag inside the tank to get it to fill with water and reach in and pull the bag to flush. I went to get another room, but the attendant said he couldn't make a key. To top it all off we were still charged the full amount for the room. I've never been so disgusted. We've stayed in rooms off this site in Orlando for the same price range and the rooms were very nice... this was so bad we checked in at 9PM and were gone by 2AM... completely ruined our weekend. If you have to sleep in a garbage can or stay at this hotel I recommend the garbage can.

my boyfriend and I were sceptical about the place becasue the price was really good and we were only staying becasue or friends already had a room there. But it was really nice. had lots of things like fridge, stove, microwave, etc. The area it was in was close to main streets but just away enough to not be near all the noise from the orlando craziness. I would def recommend this hotel and i would def saty again. only thing was there was no pool

I didn't know there was a lil kitchen in every room is was great big fridge an lil burner with 2 rings but, no spatula 2 plates 2 cups. The bed was small,felt more like a full than a queen, but for the price and location is was good

This hotel is quiet and simple but for the price the value is there. This was a 3 night trip and so no maid service but plenty of towels were available from the front desk. Parking is close to the hotel too and plenty of restaurants nearby. Definite value.

With a mini kitchen, for the price it was a great hotel. The only negative is the location, not much around within walking distance, but the free wifi, and the tremendous room service made up for it.

The Outside of Hotel was very clean and appeared to be freshly painted. This inside could use some updating and fresh paint
