HOTEL STATED IT WAS JUST UPGRADED. NOT DONE YET. HOTEL WAS JUST BOUGHT AND RENOVATIONS HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED. HAD A ROOM NEAR ALL THE PET FRIENDLY ROOMS AND WAS KEPT AWAKE BY BARKING DOGS. The only thing good about this hotel was its staff. The hotel, is, in short, a dump, considering the cost. Smoke smell in the hallways, rooms smelled awful and are badly in need of renovation. The only reason we did not leave immediately after check-in was because it was graduation weekend, and there were no rooms available anywhere else.

Smallest bed I have ever slept in. We tried to check out at 6:55am and the office was CLOSED. No one was there and the office door was locked. We checked in at 10:00pm so we only really needed a bed to sleep in, but overall I would not recommend.

No fault of the staff at this hotel but Crestwood Suites needs a complete renovation. I had to go to 3 rooms before we finally found one that the matress did not sink in the middle, There was stains all over the coach, furniture was chipped, no blanket on the bed, filthy bedspread, sheets thrown on the bed,hallway carpet filthy, put in for a wake up […] call it came a 1/2 hour late, it took 6-7 minutes for shower to get hot water.... the list goes on. I know it was not rated 5 stars but cleanliness and comfort are extremely important and this hotel failed on every level except the 2 employees that staffed the front desk on 3/24/12. Read more

Hotel is very close to many resturants,it's reasonably a comfort place and the staff are very friendly and cooperative.One big negative is that this the 5th day of may stay in this hotel and I have not seen any houskeeping done to my room.May be housekeeping is only done on prior request.

The room had an order that did not go away by running the air conditioning. The terrazo flooring had pulled away from the bathtub down its entire length. Sheets were too small for the ben and I ended up sleeping directly on the mattress even after rearranging them. I will not return to this hotel. Clyde

It's an extended stay, so you won't get any housekeeping services unless you stay for over 1 week. The hotel is hidden from University Ave, but it's close to seemingly 100 different restaurants and shops so you'll have plenty of entertainment to choose from. GM is helpful and kind.

There was little security in the hotel. The outside door that led to the hallway leading to the rooms was broken. It would not close lock shut. Anyone could have accessed the hotel at any time day or night.

At first glance, the hotel seemed okay. The girl at the front desk was super nice. However, the hallway to our room stunk like rotten cabbage and dirty feet. The walls were very thin, so we heard *everything* the couple in the next room was doing... By the time we got in the bed and noticed it did not have a fitted sheet, the desk clerk was gone, so […] needless to say, we got very little sleep. My sister and I were also harassed repeatedly by Thug Wonder and his shirtless pal every time we left the hotel, which was a little disturbing. The floors were pretty dirty, so going barefooted wasn't an option. I also found a bug in our bed on the second night. The one thing we could agree we liked was the amazing food next door at Buffalo Wild Wings and the fact that we were only about 2.5 miles from the UCF Arena. Read more

The only reason my family and I stayed was because we were only there for about 2-3 days and we had pre-paid for the place and we had driven there from Houston. They put us in a smoking room even after we booked a non-smoking one and when we demanded our non-smking room they said that they were over-booked […] (since it was new year weekend). No one came to clean the room our whole stay and we never got extra pillows and conforters we asked for. We also had no one to hand our keys to the morning we checked out even thought it was 7 am. Looks like a cozy little Inn from the outside....Don't do it!! Unless you really just want a place to lay your head....which is ok, but I guess I wanted a little more. I appreciate the fridge, but my TV didn't really work and when we got there, it was like trying to get into Alcatraz! Not my cup of Tea.

Poor rating given by Hotels.com. The rating did not match the condition of the hotel. The toilet in the bathrrom had feces stains and mold. The bed spread had cigarette burns. This was the most horrible experience. The room was not clean (dust everywhere). I wanted to shower after taking a shower. The room smelled like a septic tank. The bed was more uncomfortable than an air mattress. I was completely unsatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone's pet.

First, the room smelled very strongly of chemicals, and we had to open the windows the entire first night to air it out. The whole hotel just had a weird smell to it, everywhere you went. The bed wasn't comfortable, and there was a weird, puke colored, spongey-textured blanket underneath the top blanket. We took the blankets off completely and used […] our own. There was no dish soap/sponge/dish towel to clean the kitchen things we used, so I used the cheap bar of soap from the bathroom. There were tiny bugs, maybe ants, everywhere in the kitchen and in the entrance to the bathroom. Our room was on the far left side of the 2nd floor, and instead of coming up the only elevator in the middle of the hotel and walking allllll the way down, we had to park on the side and go up the stairs, which was a hassle when unloading/loading the car up. Finally, on our day of checkout I called for a bellcart so we wouldn't be late checking out. Nothing was sent. I went to the front desk and they said sometimes they are just out front. There was nothing. She said they must all be in use, and I asked how many there were. She said two. TWO bellcarts for one hotel?! Obviously that's not enough. So once again, we had to bring everything down through the staircase on the side of the building. Also, the noise from other rooms was clearly audible even with our tv on. I only chose this place because it was a good price, I didn't realize that meant it was just crappy. Read more
