      it served it purpose. for an inexpensive stay...i was impressed. the only things it could improve on: room had double occupancy and there was only one towel, and to me...there could have been an assortment of fruits instead of just papaya....but truly otherwise... it was a nice stay. FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN, AND COMFORTABLE...

      The best experience in Monterrey, Mexico for a business trip. Excellent room, clean, comfortable, big room, only except for the young man in the check in who delay a little when I was the only customer there. And the distance from downtown is an additional problem if you have not a car

    very small rooms and bathrooms are a joke! no door knob or locks on bathroom doors? Really? I could literally stretch out my hand while in thr shower and touch the sink, and the toilet was in the middle! That's how tiny it was! Just avoid this hotel.

    El hotel está impecable, muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso. Sin embargo, hay tres detalles que podrían mejorar: 1. No hay opción de estacionamiento gratuito, por lo que obligatoriamente hay que pagar por el valet parking. 2. No tienen opción de servicio al cuarto, por lo que hay que bajar por los alimentos. 3. La tele es muy pequeña.
