    The hotel was clean and that's the best thing I can say about it. Drab colors, thin towels, certainly not the quality the price of the hotel would indicate. Breakfast was marginal, the staff could not wait to close up and put the food away. The eggs were cold. Would not stay here again!!!

    When we arrived they did not have a room for us...couldn't find us in the computer. Offered us a different room which did not accomodate our family! When we got to the rooms they were dirty and had a terrible mildew smell. The beds were uncomfortable and we could not wait to get out of there. The breakfast in the morning was as sad as the room. When […] we went to check out they tried to charge me twice for the room. After about 20 minutes they "found us" in the computer and straightened out our account. As I stood there waiting I heard other guests complaining about thier stay. Will be returning to the area but would NEVER stay there again! Read more

    Upon checking into our "PrePaid" room I was told that our room was not paid for even though I know for a fact that the money came out of our account a few days prior. I was told we'd have to be charged again and then they ran our card and told us that our card was not good. This was very worrisome considering we just wrote a very large check for a home […] we were buying the day before and now I was concerned that something happened to our account and that our check wasn't going to go through. So instead of checking in and relaxing I spent the day contacting the bank and trying to straighten out the mess. Bottom line the room was already paid for, there was nothing wrong with my account and the woman who came in on the next shift at night, apologized for the confusion and said that the other girl was new and didn't know what she was doing. She told me she had only been there for about 6 months. To me that's not "New", not for that kind of screw up. This other woman was nice and reassured me that everything would be fixed, but it is now Wednesday and the second charge is still showing up in my bank account. She told me it would be removed next business banking day on Monday. It's still there. I would probably not stay there again. They never even offered a discount for their mess up.     Although we were in a non-smoking room, the rooms across and next to us were smoking. When you entered our hallway there was the smell of smoke which also penetrated into the entry way of our room. If this room was located in a non-smoking floor it would have been fantastic.
