I stayed by myself while my son did a college visit. I felt safe in the area and the hotel, used the fitness room and pool, as well as the bistro in the morning. The 24 hour complimentary coffee was great. Dining in the area offered excellent options. It was also very conveniently located to the Creekside Bike Trail, which is fantastic!

I was disapointed that for the rate I was paid, that a full breakfast was not included. A continential breakfast was not even offered. Also, on one occasion, when I went to my car there were a group of young male adults directly outside of the entrance that were using loud and vulgar language.

We were so thrilled with this hotel. We were treated wonderfully, everything we asked for we had within a matter of minutes. We even asked for a roll away, they did not have one on site but went to their sister hotel next door and got one for us. They told me it would be ten minutes, after 5 min. they called and apologized for it taking so long, within […] 10 min. it was there and set up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well kept hotel literally in the parking lot of the mall! Covenient to Nutter Center! The hotel facility was extemely nice. Unfortunately the two people we interacted with at the front desk were not so nice. I had the feeling that we were being punished because we booked on-line with Expedia. Upon check-in, I asked if I could attach my Marriot rewards to the reservation and the answer was "no - you booked with Expedia". Upon check-out, […] I asked for a receipt and was told "I can print you a receipt, but it is just a blank sheet of paper because Expedia has your receipt." Initial impression....disappointed. A lot of wasted space.Got a king bed,usually means more room, but not in this case. Couch was extremely uncomfortable. Most of these hotels have refrigerator in them (every Courtyard I've stayed in) but this one did not. My husband is insulin dependent and we had to use ice bucket to keep insulin cold. Now...to the […] bathroom......very unsafe! The tub was extremely slick. I almost fell while showering, but my husband did fall! He fell out of the shower and landed on floor hitting his head on toilet. I think he suffered a mild concusion. He had a headache for a week! Said something to lady upon check out, asked if anyone every complained about the "slick" showers...of course her response was "No", told her my husband fell out of the shower, "Oh, I'm sorry" was the only response I received. Oh yeah, "I'll tell the manager" was also stated. Now for the ending.... I booked this hotel through hotels.com using points I had accumulated, so all I had to do was pay tax. I paid when I made reservation. Upon check in. I had to give my credit card (for incidentals) for which there were none. I didn't want to give it because I knew there wouldn't be any, but they required it. She gave me a receipt showing zero dollars, so I felt better. Upon check out, I didn't receive anything, no paper, no receipt, nothing, so I assumed everything was fine. A few days later, I see a charge for the room on my account! Of course I called and of course, there was NO MANAGER AVAILABLE. I did received a phone call late the next day saying she had credited my account. In addition to crediting my account I think we should get a free night (of course NOTat this location). WHERE'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE??? An apology only gets you so far. Good thing I had enough money in my account to cover all the purchases I had made for Christmas shopping. What a mess! All I can say is wathc out for the slick tubs and watch accounts for charges that aren't supposed to be there! Read more

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The service was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The computers were slow and I didn't care for the food area. They didn't have a big choice for breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on our wedding night. When I went to check-in that afternoon I grabbed a drink and another item out of the shop and the manager congratulated me and told me the items were on her! Then I went to my room to start getting dressed and it wasn't 5 minutes later I hear a knock on the door. It was a maid with a basket of […] chocolates, champagne, & 2 champagne flutes with a hand written card congratulating me from the staff! I couldn't believe it!
