This hotel is simply perfect for a Walt Disney World vacation. The units are huge, clean and comfortable. You only get the room cleaned if you stay 5 or more days and the lobby is only open from 7AM to 8PM, so you must plan accordingly. We booked a 1 bedroom for 3 people, but the living room sofa bed was totally uncomfortable. The hotel manager showed […] sincere concern about it, allowing us to check out a different unit (which also had a bad sofa bed), so in the end, they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom for free. That is a 5 star customer service! The bathrooms look recently renovated, making you feel like you are in a much more expensive hotel. The living room furniture has seen better days but given the size of the units and the comfortable beds, the overall experience is 100% better than in any other similarly priced hotel in Orlando. This was way more than we expected. The other reviews we read before booking were almost too good to be true, but they were spot on. This is a tremendous value and easy location to many attractions. Polynesian Isles is a condominium resort with overnight rentals. Not brand new, but it is beautifully maintained and our suite was completely equipped with kitchenware, appliances and a generous-sized whirlpool bath. The landscaped grounds are quiet and security-gated. Guards handle after-hours check-ins and went to extra effort to get us situated. […] Off the living room is a screened porch for those who still smoke, much better than down a hallway to an elevator and out to the parking lot like the big-box hotels. Free wifi in room is weak, but a new system is to be installed soon. Till then, reception on the porch is good. Resort is within minutes of attractions, Disney is one small toll away on the Osceola expressway, bypassing Route 192 traffic. And all this is at a good rate, especially during spring/summer specials. Read more

Exterior is a little outdated, but room was great. We had Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathrooms, huge bathrooms, granite countertops, etc. It's located close to shopping center, pharmacy and restaurants. We chose Macaroni Grille right around the corner. Don't let the exterior scare you, this is a great place and the service was top notch.

We have nothing bad to say about our stay. We will definately be returning. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. It was spacious, clean and quiet. Plenty of towels. The shower was hot and powerful. We used the tennis courts and the jacuzzi by the pool. Loved every minute of it. Only 15 minutes from Disney. Oh and plenty of restaurants nearby!

The room was very clean and the linens were very soft and comfortable. My only small gripe was there were no forks in the room, but i am sure they would have supplied them if asked. Our first reaction when we entered our room was WOW, they must have given us the wrong room, no way we got this place for the price we paid. Best part of our room was the large bedroom with the incredible master bathroom, which is bigger than a lot of bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with pots/pans/cups etc. Also it is a gated community […] and you have to show your parking pass for entry, which is a great bonus and makes you feel more secure. Also unlike some similar places in the area, no hidden fees like cleaning or towel fees. My only complaint would be the wifi internet and the televisions. The wifi signal was very weak and was only usable in 1 corner of our room, ended up tethering internet off my phone the whole trip. Also the TV signal was very weak with a terrible picture, and you don't get many channels. Read more

This was our 3rd stay at the Polynesian and we loved it again. When we checked in we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom at no additional charge and got a suite on the first floor (we had requested this before arriving). The suite was clean and the staff friendly. The location cannot be beat, close to Walmart, Publix, Sam's, Target and […] many restaurants, not to mention Disney. My only small complaint would be, we had requested a baby crib but were uninformed there would be a $15.00 charge added to my credit card. We had an amazing time at a great price at the Polynesian Isles resort. The suite was huge and I have never seen a better stocked hotel kitchen ever. There was a hefty fee for late checkout (which is fine, just leave on time!) and you had to get the room clean when you left including rounding up towels and taking out the trash. Overall way worth it […] for the price- we will definitely visit again next time we are in town. Also, be prepared for the time-share spiel at check-in. The accomadation was clean and well maintained though a little old it was good, the only problem were wifi is pretty poor and wasnt impressed being woken up on the second morning being asked to view a time share, hotel pushed this at check and harasses after as well, but other than that it was a great stay

We were very pleased with this hotel/resort. We usually like to stay in a Disney property, but we were trying to save some money this time. This place did not let us down! Our cost for eight nights was literally half of the same stay at one of Disney's "moderate" resorts, and was probably better than many of them to be honest. The setting reminded me […] somewhat of the Polynesian resort, in that it was very "lush" with lots of vegetation and nice walking paths around the property. It has two pools and several hottubs scattered around. Our room was a suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen, which offered the additional ability to save money by eating breakfast in before leaving. We asked and recieved one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was excellent. Very clean and nicely furnished, with granite countertops and "elegant" tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you are trying to visit Orlando and save some money, this place is an excellent choice. Our average nightly cost was less than anything else that I saw with comparable amenities and location. We were literally 5 minutes from the WDW property, maybe 7 to Epcot, 10 to the Magic Kingdom, 15-20 to SeaWorld and/or Universal. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. You will get asked to attend a 90 minute timeshare presentation, but we just said no and that was it, no further hastle. Read more

We were scheduled for a prostratectomy at Celebration Fla. Hospital. We needed to have hotel accomidations the night prior to the surgery. My wife is still a smoker, I needed a comfortable place for the surgery prep the night prior to surgery. The polynesian Isles was an easy..no traffic..3 mile drive to the hospital. The accomidations..King bed..xtra […] bedroom, extra bathroom and outside patio were just like being at home. Even a kitchen where the refridge and coffee maker came in handy!
