"Caldwell's stay at El Pueblo in Taos"
We spent a lot of time/more than usual in our room since the weather was not really conducive to walking around much. We had everything we needed, The breakfasts were great, the area was very nice and very convenient and we will probably stay there the next time we go to Taos.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Taos" biggest secret."
Great over-sized room with fireplace. Really comfortable on cold January nights. Improvement in breakfast selections now provides excellent biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage. Convenient location is within walking distance of the Taos Plaza. Our favorite place when visiting Taos.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect Place to Stay for Skiing in Taos"
El Pueblo Lodge was the perfect place for a 3 day ski getaway. Located on the North side of the town, in walking distance of some great restaurants and shops. I recommend The Burger Stand across the street for a unique burger experience (for vegetarians too). Also, Cid's Natural Market is an amazing organic/locally owned grocery store just a 10 minute […] walk as well. The lodge had a better than normal breakfast, large rooms, and kind staff. The town of Taos is also just amazing, as well as Taos Ski Valley. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfortable, clean, friendly and loved it!"
I will definitely come back here! My room was updated, spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed was vry comfortable and I was able to sleep well. The staff were so friendly, and I felt vry welcome. There was a homemade hot breakfast that was delicious (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy; the sausage biscuits tasted just like my mom used […] to make when I was growing up!); they also had a large assortment of cereal and breakfast breads/muffins. One of the gentlemen cleaned the frost off my car while I ate breakfast! Everyone called me "Hon" and "Sweetie". Loved it! It's hard to travel by myself, and lonely without my family. Places like El Pueblo Lodge really make a difference! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A little gem!"
The hotel had a great location - walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Really decorated nicely. Comfy beds, lots of room. Cookies and coffee and tea, etc. available in the lobby all the time. Really cute!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice little place for quick stay"
People working here are all nice. The facility is old but they are doing great job updating it. The wall is thin so I could here kids screaming next door, but they were quiet after 8pm.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay!"
Another great stay at El Pueblo Lodge. My friend and I have repeatedly stayed at El Pueblo over the years and have found it to be a reliable, clean hotel for the price. Don't let the older look of the hotel fool you. The rooms have been updated and are very clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Getting better all the time!"
The updated bathroom in 403 is really nice and very functional. I have stayed in this building several trips per year for 19 years, and this is the best configuration yet. The other recent changes are very welcome as well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location and reasonable rates!"
Great location to downtown and Pueblo. Dated hotel but it was a comfortable large living space. Juccuzi was great after skiing. Breakfast was basic not eggs or bacon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed at El Pueblo Lodge for family ski trip. The location is great as it is right on the North side of town close to the downtown plaza as well as being a quick trip to the slopes. It served out needs well in that respect. However the suprise was the service. Morning breakfast was very good, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They also […] had chips, salsa, hot chocolate and coffee at night in the lobby. It was a great stay! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Dec 21-23 stay"
The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Not outstanding but there was a good variety of food. The only downside was that the walls were pretty thin. We could hear every sneeze and nose blow from the sick person next door.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A great place with wonderful southwest character"
Very pleasant place to stay. Reasonably priced. Loved that the rooms faced inward overlooking a grassy enclosure and gazebo rather than a parking lot.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Thanksgiving in Taos."
My husband and I decided to visit Taos again this Thanksgiving. We booked the Pueblo Inn due to reviews and we were not disappointed. The bedroom was huge with a kitchenette and working wood fireplace that we loved. Bathroom is well appointed, but a little too small. Water pressure, however, was quite stimulating in the shower. The hotel staff was very […] friendly and helpful. And, although, we did not eat at the hotel, there are many fine restaurants close by. Breakfast was standard, "help yourself" style. So we chose to eat at a small bakery with very fine breakfasts within walking distance of the hotel. The linens were wonderful, with a terrific down comforter in a duvet. The bed was comfortable and the entire room was very clean. There was a "private" balcony on one end of the room. Private here means we could not be seen from other rooms, but we could be heard and so could other guests. Not a problem, though. We will definitely stay here again when in Taos. we did not have a room with a fireplace but a simple motel room on the second floor. The room was spacious but it is very dark inside. Also we could hear the neighbors very good! Great breakfast!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Nice place to stay in Taos"
Large, comfortable room with nice Southwest character. The round table was large enough to play cards with our friends from the next room. Older hotel, but well maintained. Grounds are very inviting and relaxing. This was the 5th place we have stayed in Taos, liked it very much and wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Really nice motel in a great location"
Love the hotel grounds and our rooms (one each for two couples) with fireplaces were very nice with very comfortable beds. Each room even came with a bundle of firewood and a starter log. The location is great as it's an easy walk to the Taos plaza, with lots of shopping, galleries and dining nearby. The hotel also provides a reasonably nice continental […] breakfast. "El Pueblo - go for it!!!!!!"
We have stayed at this motel a few years back and was anxious to stay again. The rooms are so spacious, the landscaping was very good, no noise, and with a puppy we had a room that had a sliding door that had such a good place and out of the way place to walk and exercise him. The breakfast was just awesome, such a selection!!!!! The room had a fireplace […] that made the night more memorable and the bed was very comfortable. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A little pricey, but really quite nicey."
Very convenient location. Large, comfortable room with fireplace, which unfortunately we did not use. Next time. Very nice grounds. The Continental breakfast. . . well, they're the same everywhere, aren't they. Instead of Fruit loops, how about something like breakfast burritos, or home fries with green chili.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very convenient and very clean."
Loved it here - Very New Mexico style room. My only negative is regarding the breakfast. All carbs and no protein.......Genuine Expedia guest review

"Nice Hotel in Taos; Good Value"
We visited Taos for the first time, and the El Pueblo Lodge was a nice place to stay. "Exceeded our Expectations"
The Staff is very friendly. I felt like I was staying at a Lodge, not a motel. It felt like the owner really cares about hospitality. "nice hotel convenient to everything in Taos."
The bath tub stopper would not hold water and the bathroom door would not shut. We did get the last room and a slight discount for the room we received, so overall it was fine.Genuine Expedia guest review
