Checked into the room, the light was flashing on the phone so I dialed o from that phone to reach the front desk. He asks if the phone is plugged in, I say "I'm sure it is otherwise I wouldn't be talking to you"! Hahaha. He had no clue. The only ccontinental breakfast I've ever had that didn't offer fruit. The place was filthy. They had a fish tank in the lobby that hadn't been cleaned in months, it was so dirty you could barely see the fish. The beds were so wore out, it was like sleeping on a water bed.

Very rude. A Young man checked us in and had it not been so late, I would have told him to kick rocks. We torture ourselves with the rudeness of the staff because of the comfort of the beds. There was also a woman with long blonde hair in a blue smock that literally pushed me out of her way the following morning at breakfast to get her housekeeping […] supplies out of the breakfast area. 1st stay very comfortable room great bed and good chair.tv should be upgraded 2nd stay ok bed chair was unstable to sit in. Tight bathroom. The rooms used were adjacent to each other.same floor. Request 211it was much better than 209. 1st night comfort was a 5 but 2 nd stay room was a 3 so I gave the hotel a four.

It was wonderful. Only inconvenience was that there was no frig in the room for when I brought left overs home. But I loved my stay and the hot tub, the hotel was decorated very nice, and I could walk to stores and restaurants.

Tired hotel that needs someone to pay closer attention to the details. Carb loaded breakfast with some pathetic looking bacon (not sure if it was safe to eat) and pre-cooked eggs "cakes" for making breakfast sandwiches #which we really couldn't tell what they were at first#.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. Lots of choices and plenty of it. Belgium Waffles, bacon, eggs and the other regular continental fair. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit and another microwave since a lot of the food was prepared to be warmed up in the microwave. It would be nice if there Settle Inn […] was more strict in their separation of Smoking and Non-Smoking or completely smoke free. Anytime we were in the hallways of our non-smoking room, it was very evident people were smoking in their rooms even though it was well stated on check-in that it wasn't allowed. Read more

The only issue we had were the lights by the beds were burnt out. We took the bulbs out but they did not replace them. The hotel was quiet, clean,friendly staff and close to lots of restaurants.

The overall lodging was average. The tub/shower needs support underneath, since they make terrible crackling sound when showering. You can hear the shower above your room making the same sound. The second floor was noisy with the above floor guests. Breakfast room was very smokey from the waffle machines -- no ventilation or open window. The front desk staff was friendly, however there was some confusion when we checked in. We got up to our room and the key didn't work, so I went down and the fixed it. Then when we got into the room it was the wrong room. So it took 3 trips to the front desk to get check in, not ideal. Other than that our stay was good. I was in the Omaha area on business, my spouse came along and greatly enjoyed the hotel.. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool was great as was the hot tub. It is an older hotel but appeared to be clean. The towels were slightly rough and the beds were well used but otherwise the room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was expansive but not well-stocked for the busy breakfast crowd. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Very good hotel. Some of the features inside seem a little outdated but the medieval theme throughout was beautiful and a huge hit with our two sons. The breakfast was hearty and quite tasty and the young woman running the breakfast room when we were there was super nice and genuine.

We were on on way from missouri to northern nebraska and this way a perfect halfway point. Clean facilities, friendly staff. would recommend. Had a nice looking pool, but we didn't try it out. very convenient location right near many stores and restaurants.

I wasn't greeted right away, one girl was checking her facebook with her back turned. The other front desk worker came out of a back room and checked me in. She (Blonde/red hair, piercings) was super friendly and my check in was maybe three minutes tops. I found my room easily and the room was very clean and tidy. I've stayed here before so I came back. The bed was very comfortable. Employees were very polite during check in & out. Cleaning staff was accomodating. The motel is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I plan on returning here again the next time I'm in town. I recommend the Settle Inn to anyone.

The room setup is weird. The sink is right in front of the beds. That is weird to me. Also, the soap they use to wash the sheets smelled bad. The mattress was comfortable enough but bring your own pillow. For the price it could have been worse though.
