The Mosaic was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful & very curteous. If you needed transporation up to a mile away they'd take you free of charge. That's great customer service. I would stay there again. The room wasn't the biggest in the world but no more than you're in the room it was fine. The bed was luxurious & slept good :-)

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved that the hotel was small and uncrowded. Pool was lovely. Individual rooms are small. We had one with 2 full beds, I would imagine the king room would feel more spacious. Excellent service, staff, accommodations, and value. Hotel is completely self-contained if you want to stay and enjoy the lounge, poolside service/dining. It is also within walking distance of great shopping (Rodeo Drive) and dining. The staff really took care of us and we won't hesitate to return!

Everything was easy at the Mosaic - I did not have to wait for anything: check in, bar service, breakfast, room service, courtesy car. The staff were incredibly friendly and gracious. Construction was non stop and started at 7:45am - rough when you are trying to do a little work back in the room. Parking was limited and you will get hit with a $30 self parking fee. Other than that - the room was nice, the location ideal and the staff was great.

Besides being a beautiful boutique hotel, the service was extraordinary. I called down to the front desk to see if they had a spare flat iron, which I forgot. They didn't, but offered to run to the nearest store to purchase one, which they did at no charge (except for the flat iron, which I was happy to buy). My husband, three children and I really enjoyed our experience at The Mosaic. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; they fulfilled our every request graciously. In addition, having the private hotel car take us back and forth from Rodeo Drive made our stay much easier. The hotel and was very nice, but we did not have robes in our room and they tried to charge an additional $30 at check out for parking which we were not informed about when they instructed us where to park. We would stay there again, but we would factor in the parking cost ahead of time.

As far as small, boutique - y hotels go, this is one of the nicer ones. Unfortunately, when I booked my stay there through Expedia, there was no mention of the fact that there is MAJOR construction going on next door (the hotel's website does mention this on their home page, but I didn't go there and didn't see it). Staff was amazing! Room was lovely, the bathroom was very warm but other than that, it was nice. I would suggest a better grade of towels, they were hard, not at all of what I would have expected with this grade of hotel. Great location except for the construction next door. The Mosaic is a lovely boutique hotel. The room was small but clean. The air exchanger was noisier than I like. The toiletries were high end, but their fragrance was very strong. The staff is very nice.

Great location. Very charming and understated. Room wades a bit tight but real estate prices in this area demand allocating of space. The price was terrific for a weekend stay and we found a great diner called Roni's on santa monica blvd behind the hotel.

Great boutique hotel in Beverly Hills. I was in Irvine for business and wanted to spend the weekend in LA. This place felt like an oasis in the middle of a big, crazy city. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a first-time-to-LA experience for me, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer way to be introduced to this fascinating city.
