This was a PERFECT experience! Wouldn't change a thing! Breakfast was amazing.. Pool is exceptional.. Room had a fridge for our booze!! Overall great weekend! Can't wait to stay here next year!

LOVED IT AND LOVED THE AVAILABILITY OF THE BAR AT NIGHT. NO DRINKING AND DRIVING SO AT 11PM THIS WAS WONDERFUL TO MEET AND TALK WITH OUR FRIENDS!!!

Location.
Conveniently near the airport in Palm Springs, Plaza Resort and Spa is close to Palm Springs Air Museum. Additional area attractions include Moorten Botanical Garden and Cactarium and Indian Canyon.

The hotel was ok. It was clean, neat (no funky smells) but very out-dated. The decor is very old, the carpet was old, one sliding shower door didn't open. There was rust/water damage in the shower. Definately not worth what we paid for the weekend.
I was surprised when I arrived that it was a time share rather than a standard hotel room. But it was a pleasant surprise because so much more was included in the room than the typical room. I also want to especially thank Sue at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and had lots of great information. "comfortable and clean"
The 1 bedroom suite was great. Our child took naps in the bedroom while my wife and I could cook or hang out in the living room without disturbing his sleep. The kitchen is small and efficient. No problems. I highly recommend it.
"Rudness of manager"
I stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks. At the beggining of the 4th. week, I complained about having found fleas the previous week (the hotel allows dogs in the rooms and does not make that clear to the guest). Diane, the Manager, was quite rude and un-caring when I spoke to her. Without looking at any records she claimed no dogs have ever been in any of […] the rooms I havce stayed at. "Flees in rooms"
The hotel does not clearly advertices the fact they allow dogs and cats in the rooms, ALL the rooms. Last week I found fleas in my cloths and complained to the Manager (Diane) whom claimed every room I have been in (217, 204, 404, 213) have never had any animals in, without even looking at any records. She did not go that far, but she literally told […] me I was lying and then added the rooms were cleaned as best as possible (???) but as long as there were animals in them, it was what it was. My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of this facility. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful! We would definitely stay again.
