Cleanliness and customer service are high priorities, so we're glad that you found the room nice and clean and the staff friendly. We do have a true ski-in, ski out location right by the lifts. You can find a lot of activities going on in the summer, including mountain biking, championship golf, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, fishing, boating, hiking and more. Regarding your check-in experience booking through Expedia.com, we are in the process of optimizing our systems and coordination with 3rd party booking agencies. Regarding your room, we have many different units for many different budgets. Most of our rooms are very large and open. You are correct, we have an onsite restaurant, the Edge Steakhouse, and Drafts Sports Bar & Grill. We thank you for staying and look forward to seeing you again!

A lot of our guests have used and appreciated our luxurious ski valet service as well. Our staff is ready to assist you in finding and using all the amenities in our award-winning resort. Our apologies that the New Year's week is busy and one of our two onsite restaurants was not able to deliver. We hope to have the chance to serve you in the future!

We do apologize for the check in time. We have many different room types and layouts. Some of your larger villas have larger whirlpools that fit two people.
